The location of the hotel is excellent. Unfortunately, the room is noisy. The work of the exhaust fan and air conditioners prevents you from sleeping. Instead of the sound of the sea, you will hear the engine of the air conditioner.

Internet was unreliable and often never worked.

Amazing views while having breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast selection was great, and varied over the days. Dinner super nice with great service. Got the room by the beach and kids loved it.

The music was extremely loud every evening, continuing until around 23:45, which made it difficult to relax or sleep. Additionally, there was constant noise from restaurant staff moving chairs and tables above our bedroom, often lasting until 1:00 AM. This significantly impacted the quality of our stay, especially for anyone looking for a quiet environment to rest.

Our room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. The car park was convenient, the restaurant served excellent food, and the beach was absolutely amazing — a real highlight of the trip.

There is no access to the village, no transportation, no walking possibility. The restaurants are on the top of the building and it’s noisy, mostly from the moving chairs.

Very expensive to use taxi services and it is too dangerous to walk on the roads to get to the train services. Either stay here with complete R&R in mind or think about/research transport options. Train service is very good but the difficulty is getting to the train station which is only a short distance away but it is expensive to reach it.

Great pool and situated right on the beach. Good restaurant and beach bar, reasonably priced with a good variety of food on offer. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very scenic and relaxing.

Two things can be improved. 1. Breakfast didn't fulfill our expectations. It does not have the same variety as the continental breakfasts usually served in other hotels 2. Terrible Internet connection (referring to the WiFi that is under the hotel control). And you don't get any mobile coverage indoors.

The hotel is well designed. All rooms are facing the sea. The rooms are spacious and modern. The rooms are made up every day with impeccable details from the maintenance staff. The hotel has great restaurant for dinners. We recommend the restaurant and the food too. You shouldn't miss it. There are other options to have for a lighter lunch, like panini etc.

In my friend’s room the ac doesn’t work very well

We booked 2 rooms there for 3 nights. One just for me and another one for a couple. When we arrived they gave me a room for disabled people. It can be fine, but unfortunately I’m pretty tall and the sink was just nearly my knees. I asked to change the room and they did it with a huge upgrade. The view was amazing

The room was situated far from the reception and was noisy in the evenings (avoid rooms 61-63), the food in the restaurant was acceptable but not excellent. The staff, however, were nice. The hotel is approachable by a narrow one-way street, going to Palermo direction requires a detour of 2-3 km.

Good facilities, nice seaside beach with sunbeds and umbrella, helpful staff, free secure parking, splendid sea view from the room, wide but constant choices for breakfast.

The parking was a bit of a up hill walk carrying groceries and luggage in the heat to our apartment. I don't believe you can bring food into the main resort rooms. The hotel could benefit with a golf cart to shuttle to our room. The apartments were right across from the restaurant, so some night could be a little noisy with music.

We rented an apartment. It had 3 beds, a small kitchen with a microwave, 2 burner stove, and a FULL size refrigerator. We also had our own private patio with a view of the water. The bathroom was also full size. The best air-conditioner in Sicily!

WiFi in room was not available due to signal loss. I mentioned this three times to Reception and nothing happened to improve the room signal. There was also no safe deposit box in room and not available in the hotel to guests.

Very ordinary bathroom and small. Long drive to get out of hotel… husband had to move car to parking area, & it took him half an hour to drive back to main road to turn around, & back into hotel entrance.

Far away from the city. Some of the services are not available or not provided by the establishment itself. We choose this for the beach front and the massage service but when we get there the massage service is not available. This can be a false advertisement for services that said to be available but then not. Also, it seems like its not a foreigner friendly location and the front desk don't feel welcoming.

Bad internet Small selection of food for breakfast and every day for 6 days it was the same. Bad sound insulation in general but especially from the restaurant above the room. The staff throw things down the stairs right next to our room because it is obviously easier for them to get all the cleaning equipment down and they shout at 8am. This is unacceptable for any serious hotel that wants to host people on holiday. I asked them to stop doing this, the next morning it was quiet.

Some of the staff could be a bit rude when over stretched . It was early in the season and not quite up to speed.

Rooms clean and nice all different. Towels changed frequently. Pool area nice and lots of different seating in the gardens.
