Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom was really small, in particular the shower. It was not particularly clean. I would have expected a bit more especially given the price.

Rooms are good but a little old. Bathroom is very tight.
Feels like staying with a host family. Very nice and beautiful lobby. Great breakfast. Incredible staff who make you feel so welcome. Nice balcony with sea view. Free use of bikes. 5 minute walk to free public beach

Unfortunately, I did not like the breakfast. Monotonous, no vegetables at all, few fruits. The coffee is delicious. It seemed to me that the price and quality did not match very well
Very nice place, very friendly staff. Clean, cleaning every day. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioner in the room works. The beach is across the street.

I believe that room for 3 people should have more power outlets, as 2 of them was not really enough, to charge all out devices. Also, wi fi signal was not that strong - it's okay for sending messages, but video call would not work.
The room was nice, has nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was good, had descent variety of options. They were also offering the options to make something outside of what is served, in case of special dietary preference. The thing we liked the most is the staff, they were all very helpful, especially the owner - Mario. We are very happy with his kind approach and assistance with everything.

The level of the noise from outside was high in some nights, due to some bars in the proximity of the hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast with a lot of homemade pastries, cookies and cakes, fresh watermelon and other fruits, good espresso. Nicely located, close to the beach. The room wasn’t very big, but the space was very well organized, lots of storage space; the attention to the details was impressive, especially in the bathroom; the functionality of the whole room was at its best. Thank you Mario and Giordana for your kindness, a prossima volta!

everything was excellent!
Excellent Breakfast, excellent location (few steps from the beach), was great experience waking up early and walk thru the bridges over the sea to watch the amazing sunrise. I strongly recommend Rimini! great city, nice beaches and warm water and ancient history and I strongly recommend this great hotel!

Size of a bathroom in a standard room . The light in a bathroom .
Owners is just an amazing , very nice family . We felt as a welcoming guests at all moments of our stay and it's cover all possible negative moments as a smoking neighbors in our case , for example. In general breakfast is OK. Good location in a quiet neighborhood just next to the sea. We had a suite room and the size of the room was a little bit smaller than I expected and than it was described , but anyway comfortable.

Low standard small rooms and very old bathrooms. Loud at the evening. AC temperature set on 25 or 18 is always the same - freezing one. Hotel seemed old. Beaches are private and you have to pay 6€ for being there during day.
Close to beach, restaurants and night life. Quite nice breakfast. Nice personel Everyday cleaning Free parking 70' style hotel - plus if someone likes that.

Rather small bathroom. Due to pregnancy was hard to get in and out of the shower cabin.
Excellent location by the sea, availability of parking next to hotel. The nicest staff possible!!
