Everything was perfect.

The location was perfect; you can start your day with the metro or by food since the metro station was just next to the house and many sightseeing places were not far away, even for the short feet of my two children (8 and 12). Having two separate rooms with separate bathrooms, a small living area and a kitchen was the perfect set up for us :)

Since the windows face the street, there are occasions when it can be noisier. Some furniture items look a bit worn.

A highly convenient location, in close proximity to the bus and metro stations, shops, restaurants, and just a 5-6 minute walk from the Vatican. The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing coffee, tea, croissants, water, fruit, and jam in the room. Daily cleaning service was a definite plus. The kitchen was well-equipped with almost everything you might need. A significant advantage of the apartment I stayed in was having two bathrooms.

I love everything about the property.

I have stayed in so many hotels around Europe, the experience with this particular guest house will stay with me for long time. I love everything about the guest house. I personally think it’s quite beautiful for the amount charged. I enjoyed my stay here. It was clean, tidy and the kitchen has what you need to enjoy your stay. On top of that, it’s close to all attractions.

After walking around rome, this was honestly the best location to stay. Right next to the metro, and walking distance from many locations.

Presently surprised. This B&B exceeded our expectations. A short walk to St. Peter's and the Vatican, daily maid service, modern amenities, a kitchen stocked with fresh oranges, Nespresso and continental snacks was amazing. Tucked in a 5 story building with other private residences and a view overlooking the street and shopping below, we loved it.

Exceptionally kind staff who very accommodating to the fact that we didn’t speak each other’s languages. They also helped me when I needed to stay an additional night unexpectedly. Very generous breakfast offerings and clean room

Great location, very close to metro which is fab at night time. Daily house keeping is great and it’s very quiet…you wouldn’t tell you’re along the Main Street. Air con and fab water pressure in the shower 👏

Kitchen area was clean and convenient and stocked for a quick bite (croissant, toast, oranges) and esperesso for breakfast. Location was perfect for us. Prati area has a local feel and great coffee/food options. Metro is half a block away; vatican and Castle St Angello are a very short walk. Rooms were like a suite. Very nice. Clean, updated bathrooms. WiFi good!
