We didn’t like the quality of the food at the restaurant in the hotel, because for what you pay, the quality is not very good. The spa is open from 5 in the afternoon till 9 in the evening and at sharp 9 o’clock they come and literally throw you out of the sauna! The swimming pool is a little too cold!

We booked a very spacious room, very clean, and very quiet. The parking lot was very comfortable and available.

Jacuzzi is not good.

Hello. The hotel is good, clean. The staff is pleasant. Breakfast is not bad. Swimming pool and Spa area Ок. for some reason, the Spa is turned off in the morning. Jacuzzi is not good.

Check-in takes absurd times despite the speed of the staff. The longest I had ever had. The rooms vary a lot from one type to another, in fact I changed room twice.

Pool was a bit cold and the saunas were working only at certain times. Swimming caps usage is out-dated especially when then pool is not maintained in a high standart.

Value for money was honest. Rooms need some renovation nothing bad, but looks a bit out of date. Indoor pool was great.

The hotel seemed to have gone down on its standards, the bath tub was not comfortable and on the last day, we were not replenished with enough towels and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, not even the half roll that we left in the morning. The breakfast was decent but no wow. We had dinner twice at the hotel. The first night it was raining heavily and we opted to dine at the hotel. We entered the restaurant around half an hour before closing time, but the waiters were eager to go home and everything was rushed. We chose the pizzas but they left much to be desired. On the second night, being Easter and all the neighbouring restaurants closed, we had no option but to dine in the hotel. We were told that the restaurant was full and we had to order from room service. We went to our room, and after more than 15 minutes trying to call Room Service, with no one answering the phone, I went back to the restaurant. It was still around an hour before closing time and there were only half tables taken up...it seemed that the waiters were not eager to accommodate more guests that night. However, they took my order, and the food was delivered to the room around 20 minutes later. Once again we were not very satisfied with the food, as the burgers tasted bland and were rather chewy.

Price for underground parking is 20 EUR and also reception told us that in case you keep the car outside no responsibility, meaning that your belongings can be stolen.... Nice pitch))

Room great and clean. Unfortunately breakfast was rather simple and 'poor' for the hotel level and this included the dinner at the hotel restaurant. Staff was also very friendly. Overall decent, could have been excellent if the food quality was a bit higher.

Staff is poorly trained and confused about the booking. Made me pay extra, and then I got refunded by the more professional staff in the morning. It's not the first time this happens. Always double-check what you're paying.

The swimming pool water and air were uncomfortably cold, making it impossible to enjoy facilties. The breakfast is okay but hot food was poor.

The room was lovely: clean and quiet with view of the town and Alps in the distance. Staff were helpful.

Bathroom could have been cleaner, and there was no soap for hands. It was not refilled through all of our stay. They say it's better park at the garage, but they don't say you have to pay for it. Because of this and some other charges our stay cost us more than we planned.

Breakfast was really good, choice was really wide. Room had more than enough space. Dinner was also good. Pool view is really nice as well. Staff at the reception are really helpful. Hotel is at a good place since there are some stores and restaurants around.
