We couldn’t fault the property it was lovely. The area is a bit run down around the property but it is enjoying a renaissance and lots of cool bars and restaurants are very nearby.

The property is very much as described. It is very unique with grand rooms and bathrooms. We were greeted by a friendly host and the place was spotlessly clean. We had a small kitchenette, with complimentary juice, water and snacks. The location is 15 mins walk from the train station and the main downtown area. It’s also 5 mins walk from lots of bars and restaurants.

The only thing for us was that the room was too warm but we decided not to pay for the air conditioning which was our own fault. If you are staying here we would recommend paying the extra for the air conditioning. We really appreciated that the listing had stated that the air conditioning did cost extra as it made us aware before we got there.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was spotless and we really liked the decor. They provided water and snacks which was super kind too. We had an external bathroom but it was private so it worked perfectly for us. Very good location as well! Super close to public transport stops and easy to walk to the main attractions.

Two very minor complaints. The provision of shampoo and body wash was inadequate (two small sachets). We were further from the centre than we had appreciated, although there is a tram stop just a few minutes walk away.

Nothing not to like, although make sure you have good communication with the accommodation prior to arrival as the accommodation is only manned part-time and you won't be able to access building and apartment until you get a set of keys from the owners.

Nice and comfortable apartment on 2nd floor of building. Located in a quiet part of the city, but plenty of restaurants approx 10 to 15 mins walk. Tram and metro stops around a 5 min walk away.

Please note that they do NOT like late arrivals - I didn’t notice this when booking so that can be an issue. A bit too warm and couldn’t turn off the radiators so needed to have the window open which brought in the outside noise. But that’s a small thing and if we were staying longer, would have asked for the air con (it’s there but no remote, understandable as it’s not summer). Oh a the bed linen seemed a tad small and kept coming loose at the corners.

Great location to get to train station. easy to find shops, cafe and bars, and restaurants around, about 10 minutes walking to reach most places for visit. The suite room was very classic and stylish with the beautiful furniture. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious with 2 SPA showers. a Venus statue and a beautiful sofa could be found there. A great selection for our snack. It was a summer, the room has air-conditioning, it made the room very cool in summer. Staff is very nice and helpful. We love this suite room and will come back to stay again.

Finding the accommodation was difficult. There were no signs. The door was locked so we couldn't get in but wouldn't have known where to go once in the foyer anyway as it is a building with other businesses as well as the guest house. I messaged them and thankfully she replied quickly. An explanation of what to do on arrival might have been handy. The sheets didn't fit the bed and so I found myself sleeping on the bare mattress at one point.

The room was majestic and spacious. I didn't realise the bathroom was not in the room but that could have been my fault for not reading properly, however I don't usually miss things like that. Everything was clean and complimentary snacks were a nice touch even though we didn't eat them. Lovely king size bed. Parking was close by. Restaurants also close. Nicely located on the outskirts of Torino.
