Its only 2 bathrooms and it was not so clean also it has no social events or vibe

Unfortunately, one of the two bathrooms was out of service, so there was only one shower and one toilet for about twenty people, which is not very convenient. You need to plan your shower at off-peak hours.

We had a nice stay in this hostel. The staff was really kind and helpful, and the location is excellent. The air conditioning in the room is not the best but it does the job. The small terrace is a lovely spot to have a drink and meet other travelers.

It's a bit noisy in the evening, guests were listening to music with a speaker in the common area, a guest listening to somethings using a smartphone withoyt earplugs in the dorm at night, pretty warm the dormitory at night. The mattress was soft to me.

It's located near the bus station (10' in foot), there's a shared kitchen, it's near the seaside. The staff was friendly.

Not as modern as some hostel but for 2-3 nights it's fine.

Cheap hostel, simply but worth the price, staff very kind and not far from the station and a Lidl.

They need to change beds and buy proper AC that makes rook cold and not noisy. Also visual change can be petfect.

It could be a better place with small investments, what i really missed are the coffee spoons. Most inconvenient was that only a few keys were working, we had to push the bell for the reception, but for the last few days new keys arrived. It is loud, street noise pretty big, for a good sleep ear plugs are needed.

My first impression was that it is like a prison, but after a few days i liked it. I spent there 10 nights, met a lot of great people. During the days there is almost nobody, but evenings, nights are pretty crowded, and as it is a small place we are kind a forced to get to knowceach other, it was fun, i enjoyed it. More or less everything works on its own crazy way, sometimes improperly, like hot water, kitchen equipments, etc.

The hostel definitely requires a reconstruction. Something or destroyed, or not functioning. Leaking water. Noice. The place for one time staying.

Internet access was problematic in my room, it was usually better in the common area. The bathroom was clean but the water was either too cold or too hot. They tried to solve it but there should be a permanent solution.

The first reason I chose this hostel was its location and the biggest advantage is that it is close to the historical center in terms of transportation. The volunteers were very friendly and helpful in every way.

midnight sound outside in our room.....6 people in one room....and price could be some less it will be better

i like your balcony for view of outside and sitting for some time but in midnight outside car passing sound disturb my sleeping mood .your bed was comfortable but in one room 6 people staying was too much uncomfortable. but your staff was too much friendly and suit ...i like their behave and warm wellcome

No air con (only a fan box which was broken) so was unbearably hot. Only one working toilet so had to wait, the bathrooms were also quite old and due a renovation - the flush was temperamental and the shower very small. Very limited kitchenette - fine if you are looking to eat out most the time

The shower cabin was very small and the shower didn’t work properly. The cages-lockers spoiled the overall design of the room.

The location was great because it was very close to Palermo Centrale. The room was spacious with high ceiling and a balcony. The bed was the right size and comfortable.
