Staff, specially girl working at the reception, location - right next to the beach (but you have to pay for the place in that beach (22€) or go further (about 10 mins) to the free beach).

We had breakfast, every table at the restaurant for both days were dirty (crumbs and etc. on every table), in the menu they only had bread, ham and cheese (no eggs or smth else, so if you plan on staying longer, get ready to get bored of the same food every day), fruit were old and had mold on them. Room was old and not fully clean, shower was super uncomfortable to use.

Personal is very friendly. We are traveling with bicycles and we arrived the guy from reception welcomed us and offered us to put bikes inside the hotel at the reception. As we left around 7am, but the breakfast starts at 8am, the receptionist invited us to have capuccino at their restaurant. Then we got a really big cappuccino, croisants and a pie. Personal is really friendly and nice.

As the beach is just there at the hotel, we didn't expect to pay for using a beach, as also thet we came there in the late afternoon. Then the "owner" of the beach came and insisted to pay 10 EUR for using a beach and he was not really nice. This is actually not part of hotel, but we didn't know this before.

Breakfast was cool, good quantity of food, from salty to sweet. Enjoyable with some music played in background. The beach view from the Hotel was priceless. 😉👌🏽

We found some disorganization about cutlery dispositions. The bathroom was simply not ideal for us without shower functions. The position was so quite far from Train Station of Rimini. 👎🏽😌

Everything especially was very dirty

First of all, the location is really great. It is directly in front of the beach, coop market is just around the corner. It is on the main street as well, so the dining possibilities are endless. And there is a bus stop nearby. The staff is super friendly, all of them. Reception desk lady was super helpful and kind and answered every question. The lady in charge of breakfast was very friendly and has no issue making you as much of coffee as you want. AC functions well, WiFi too, views from balcony are spectacural. Despite being on a very busy Street, there werent any noise disturbances.

The rooms are very small and outdated. We were three and constantly going around each other on such a small space got annoying very quickly. Our room 404 didnt have fridge, despite being listed. There were little ants on the floor. The biggest issue though was the bathroom. A very tiny space. Toilet lid constantly falling down. Shower head didnt have a shower corner, so the bathroom was wet anytime you wanted to take a shower. The water sometimes didnt even run, especially around 6-8pm. The breakfast could use some vegetables.

Poor breakfast Dusty room: I have sensitive skin and suffer from asthma, if I am in a very dusty or dirty environment I get a rush on my skin and short breath. Unfortunately I experienced both reactions this time.

Location at the beach

Shower is terrible. You can shower while taking toilet. Minibar is empty. The only thing I could find is leftovers from previous guests. Breakfast is from nearest supermarket with instant coffee and chemical drink instead of juice. Very mediocre hotel

The design and size of room

Location is excelent, price is correct for this kind of hotel, and they have resolved the main issue - parking - not ideal, but it works, 100 m from hotel.

Coffie could be better, elevator could be faster, but I cannot say that there is something serious wrong.

Nothing good. It's good that we stayed only one night.

All was very bad. The Booking description does not correspond to reality: breakfast was tragic, no parking for car, the air conditioner does not work, big noise from the street. I don't recommend it...

Very good value for money. The staff, while not very talkative, heartily tries to help customers with their needs. Very close to the beach and to the train station of Rimini Viserba (very helpful!).

The furniture is very old and slightly damaged. AC can be turned on and off, but not otherwise adjusted (or I did not understand how to do so). The shower is of the kind without walls, and the water leaves through a drain in the middle of the toilet. Overall, it's an okay stay, but not comfortable.
