The appartment needs some investments. Furnishing is older, air a bit damp and basementy. But it is affordable place in Florence.

The bathroom was private but not inside the room, which was inconvenient since we had to pass through people cooking so we could use it.

There is a small courtyard which is a bit messy but could be very nice with a little effort.

The private external bathroom was at the other side of the communal area and had to be locked by using the key which made a noise so was conscious of the surrounding rooms. We were in a room next to the main road which made sleeping a little difficult come the early hours when the traffic started but nothing a pair of earplugs can't solve.

The location is perfect! Decent sized room. Access to a communal area. Everything was clean on arrival.

Rooms look "warmer" and a bit bigger in photos than the room we got. Didn't see the other rooms though.

Hostess was kind, the heat in the apartment was really good. There's also a nice backyard and a good coffee machine in the apartment's kitchen.

Room was a little dark which could not be helped. Just one window but it opened for air. Microwave didn't work.

It is in the 0 floor, so it is like a basement (small windows) and it was cold room, which is good when you travel in summer but I do not know how comfortable it is during the cold weather

Dump smell in the bathroom, kitchen not very well equipped. Noisy at night by other flat users.

Close to the city centre. I was expecting B&B but this is a room in share flat. Room it self fairly big with very basic bathroom. There is students or other people using flat and public areas so it get noisy at night. Kitchen not very well equipped.

The bathroom in my room was outside the room -although this was stated in the description- and it was in the other extreme of the house. There wasn't cutlery either and the coffee machine was difficult to figure out how to use by yourself.

They have a microwave, kettle and coffee machine and a kitchen area with a table.

The room was small for 3 people. Apartment was on a very busy street and is about a 20 minute walk to the main area of Florence.

The beds were so good. Linens and towels were excellent. Host was responsive. Nice area to eat and store food.

It was safe place. I stayed with 2 other friends. Soundproofing isnt the best but value for the money is good! The staff was the best of it. They allowed our stuff to stay even after check out.

You get a set of keys for the building doors, the section with some kind of lobby and shared kitchen from where you can enter the rooms, and a key to the room.  It seems safe in general, but we were a bit surprised to find a backdoor leading out of our bathroom. That leads to some inner courtyard, so it's not accessible from the street, but that could be accessed if someone from the room next door decides to leave through the window. We had no reason to overthink since our friends were in that room. But having a backdoor that can't be locked isn't very convenient. For one night, it was just fine, but for a longer stay, I would reconsider.

It was mostly clean, except for some dust in less visible corners and on less used things, such as a hairdryer. The owner came to greet us and give us the keys. It was just fine for a one-night stay.

It says private external bathroom, they don't inform that is a shared bathroom with a key to lock the door (that's why they call it private). Close to a main road and it's bit noisy when morning or late traffic and you want to rest
