Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe bed pillows weren't comfortable at all and there was water on the floor in the bathroom I guess from the "fake" bide'. Yeah no bide in the bathroom.
It was a nice place a bit overpriced for the value and the neighborhood. Clean for sure!

We took a triple bed room in this hotel. The room was clean, quiet and exceptionally large in size. Hotel’s location is good.very near to a metro station and the main Roma terminal also not so far. All the staffs are friendly. As we were from Bangladesh and this hotel area is near to the Bangladeshi restaurant it was a plus point for us…

United KingdomNot sure if it was just our room or not but, The room sounded like it had no window to the point where the traffic was that loud it kept us up at night. Very loud... There was also no amenities in the room such as kettle, coffee, tea etc this was all provided in the vending machine in main lobby.
Close location to the main trains station (10-15 min walk) and in easy reaching distance to the main attractions too. We walked everywhere, and all attractions were within a 30-40 min walk away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel and room were very clean.

North MacedoniaThe neighborhood, as is always the case with places around a European city's main transport center, was very sketchy.
Good location, walking distance from Roma Termini (main train/bus station). Wifi was decent.

SwedenThey charged you a fee if you wanted aircon, which we didn't take. It worked still since we kept the windows and blinds closed. However, when they had cleaned the room, they left the window open which let the heat in.
Room was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and everything you needed in the room. Wifi worked well. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Location was super, since it was central but not tourist packed. The hotel is door to door with the oldest Gelato factory in Rome, which is a plus! They also had a vending machine in the hotel in case you needed water or snacks. All around a great stay.

Proximity to the Termini. The room was clean and comfortable but we didn't expect to have to pay for aircon in the middle of a heatwave ! Staff were pleasant and helpful and recommended a lovely restaurant nearby

BrazilCould have a mini-bar
Definitely the location of the hotel is the best point. It is located 400m from the Vittorio Emanuele II Square, where you have the Vittorio Emanuele Metro station. It is a Line A station, so in the same line you can stop at Termini (Leonardo Express Train to the Fiumicino airport), Barberini (Trevi Fountain), Spagna (Spanish Steps) and Octaviano (Vatican). You are always 20-30 minutes from any of these. And you can transfer at Termini to line B and reach Colosseum area also easily. The hotel itself is a small one and the rooms are simple. My room had a single bed, a TV, A small desk and wood cabinet and a bathroom. There was air conditioning but I didn´t use and the internet was included and it worked well. The bathroom was Ok and the shower was hot and had plenty of water. Very good after a day of walking! There are vending machines on the hall (only accept coins). The staff was very good, friendly and helpful! Anything you needed they were ready to help. The region where the hotel is located is not touristic. It is close to the Termini train station and there are not touristic attractions close. Had no problem walking in the area. There are some good restaurants nearby and a supermarket in the same street very close to the hotel. In a summary, it is a hotel for those who want a base close to the Metro, to spend the day walking in Rome and have a place for a nice shower and a nice bed to sleep. I had this mindset when I booked and was not disappointed! The cost-benefit is a killer!

Colombianothing much, just don’t walk towards the station late night.
it was very close to the train station, 5/5 stars to reception guy at night, he helped me and explain the map and things to do, very helpful. it’s a little room but for solo travelers, is everything you need, there is a close by park and some restaurants, walking distance to the colosseum, and from there you walk to trevi fountain and the pantheon so location wise, on budget travel, is very nice.
