Room was smaller than it should. Pictures from booking not realistic as you won't get the room from these pictures, maybe if you pay extra. AC for extra charge.It wasn't too clean. No privacy on balcony. No kettle or any cups. Shower head broke on me and flooded bathroom( that was fixed).

Staff was helpful and attendant. Location was very good. Bed Linen was clean and towel changed. Bed was comfortable.

additional fees for sea view and the use of aircondition. maybe it was me but i didnt notice that the picture of the rooms with windows and terrace made me assume i got a room with a view. it wasn’t just that clear that made me assume things. they asked me if i want the room with sea view after booking the rooms.

The room is in need of minor cosmetic repairs - some rust is present. The shared toilet at the reception is a bit dirty. It's not critical, just minor bugs.

Parking space and size of bathroom in one of the room. But nothing can be done here, complete renovation?

We were there with dog in July. We rent two rooms. Staff was really friendly, they gave us a seperate room, where we can have breakfast with our dog +++ Because hotel has realy limited parking spaces, they help and guide us to park. My peronal suggestion: Take a room on top floor on East side with bigger bathroom (no. 536), because bathroom in the other room was to small for adult persons. This is not 5* hotel, if you expect such kind of hotel then don't book it, otherwise is a great hotel for the price.

This hotel needs a renovation. The door on bathroom was almost unable to open or close. There is no fridge or room service. No safe. Rust on balkony. A lot of stuff damaged.

Very old school, facilities need updating. They crammed 4 beds into a small room, was very crowded. The showerhead was spraying water everywhere.

That we had to pay for AC, it’s 5EUR per night which is jot much but still.

The place has a vacation vibe, very clean and everyday new towels and cleaning in the whole room. Bathroom is fabulous with great shower. Two balconies one in the bathroom and one in the room, very good for smokers and people who enjoy balconies in general. Staff, I have been to many places in Europe and outside of Europe, this is probably the best hotel staff I have ever encountered, very nice, smiley and engaging! Thank you very much for your kind Italian hospitality!

I recently went on a business trip and stayed at a hotel that offered excellent value for its price. Despite reading some negative reviews about dirty or worn-out rooms, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room, #336, had been renovated and was quite fresh. The room service was provided daily, and I had no complaints in that regard. A few aspects of the hotel: Breakfast: If you're a fan of the classic "English Breakfast," I must inform you that it's not available here. However, they do offer a satisfying spread for your first and second breakfast, including coffee, pastries, jams, Nutella, fruits, cheese, ham, yogurt, and more. Considering it's an economy hotel, the breakfast options are quite good, with more of an Italian/European touch. Lunch/Supper: The hotel provides excellent value for money when it comes to lunch or dinner, as the entire meal set costs only 15 euros. You can order your food and enjoy it at your convenience. The serving consists of traditional Italian dishes, including antipasti, pasta, a main course, fruits, water, and even wine. It's a great option, particularly if you don't feel like going out to a restaurant and spending 10 euros just for a salad. View my photos. Wi-Fi: Although I didn't test it extensively for video calls, the Wi-Fi was generally fast and reliable with no noticeable issues. I would rate it 9 out of 10. Quietness: Fortunately, I didn't encounter any problems with noise during my stay. The neighboring rooms were quiet, ensuring a peaceful environment. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, particularly a Russian-speaking lady at the reception. I had an early check-out at 6:30 am, and she went out of her way to ensure I didn't leave without having my sandwich. Their attentive and accommodating service left a positive impression. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite satisfactory, considering the value for money it offered. Hello from Berlin.
