The hotel charges extra for several things that should be included as this is not a cheap hotel at all. For instance, fruit juices included with breakfast are not natural and you need to pay 3€ for a freshly squeeze orange one. Also, babies sleeping in a cot are charged 15€ extra per night. Beach towels are charged 3€/day/person and so on. Your final bill ends up being much higher than expected!!

Beautiful pool, rooms and restaurant. Very safe and quiet. Well located to visit Salento.

I think matress could have been a bit more comfortable. And I think for a hotel of this many stars, should have tea and coffee making facilities in each room. Also shouldn t really lend bicycle to tourists for the beach when the way is a good 5 km away and not so easy to find!

I really liked the winding path through the olive groves, fabulous pool, friendly staff, and the relaxing serene feel of the place. I also liked the buffet breakfast, and the amazing burning powder candles! It would be nice if they could run a cooking class, or show guests where they make their own olive oil

The power went off in our room at 3am and we could not get hold of anyone at reception so we had bright emergency lighting and no air conditioning. At 4.30am I found the switch board and got everything going again. Receptionist didn't even apologise the next day when I told him. We got very little sleep that night. Also no wifi in our room.

The breakfast and dinner were excellent in a wonderful setting. Pool beautiful and clean.

The staff in the restaurant could have been a bit friendlier and have a more varied menu with some cheaper options. I would have liked to see a shuttle service operating as advertised on the website as a journey to and from Otranto was €20 a time. Very expensive if you wanted to go into town to a restaurant each day

Overall a very nice hotel, with nice gardens and pool area

No bar for an evening drink and a very restricted lunch menu at the pool bar even though a snack menu was advertised. This was only available from 3pm which meant you were forced to order from the lunch menu which was limited and too formal for when wearing swimwear.

The restaurant food was outstanding. We ate out a lot during our trip so we had a huge frame of reference of great local quality to go on too!

The rooms are quite small and basic compared to other places in Puglia/Solento in the same price range. Not 4 star hotel standards at all, more like a 3 star hotel room. Staff at Check in professional but not warm and welcoming. Unpleasant man serving at pool bar, wouldn't even crack a smile. If you're lucky to connect to the wifi from your room it then drops out constantly. Agree with other reviewers- the walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations in next room, ladies walking in heels, people sneezing and coming home at 4am, just everything! They need to do something about soundproofing as its really bad. Uncomfortable beds.

Beautiful gardens. Great breakfast with gluten free options! The gentleman who ran the restaurant was very attentive and nice.

Austere rooms. Hardly any luxury in the rooms. Overpriced. And although in general the staff was professional and friendly, it couldn't make up for the pretentious and impolite way the man responsible for the restaurant reacted to our inquiries on the menu and reservation options the day we arrived.

Nice pool and restaurant. Quiet and peaceful location.

I don't understand why a beautiful hotel like this doesn't offer a shampoo and a conditioner in good quality. Bathroom materials are a bit poor.

The hotel is very beautiful. Nice, clean and elegant. The pool area is very relaxing and the food is so good. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The only issues was the wifi kept dropping out. This was due to a thunderstorm so out of the hotels control really.

Quite location, peaceful out of town hotel (although I'm told this isn't the case in July & August) helpful staff.
