There wasn’t much not to like!

The property was beautiful, very well laid out and the rooms were fresh, clean and well done. I was concerned that we would not have privacy in the terrace area but it was well enough concealed so you weren’t obviously visible to your neighbours outside. The restaurant on-site was excellent, in a beautiful relaxed setting with a lovely atmosphere. We opted to eat dinner here a number of night as it was one of the best in Mattinata. Carlo and his family welcomed us like friends and we left feeling like family, we can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Lots of insects outside which can easily enter the room. Lack of salty food at breakfast.

The room is big enough, AC works well with no smell. Bathroom is also big enough. Typical Italian breakfast with sweet pastry. Flexible hours for breakfast. Owners are very friendly. Location is good as well, 15 min drive to Mattinatella beach which is amazing. Another plus is the restaurant inside the property which has good food in a relaxing atmosphere although the price is a bit above the average. Free parking inside the property.

I missed a shower gel or something like that…

It is simply stunning. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are perfect with a small private garden/terrace. The breakfast is served and plentiful and as a bonus the B&B has an excellent restaurant in a beautiful olive/fruit-tree garden.

We had an outstanding welcome on arrival and during our stay nothing was too much trouble. The room was super clean, spacious with a smart en-suite bathroom. There was a little private space outside with chairs and a table. We had a dog and it was ideal as the room is on the ground floor and there were plenty of walks within the property. We had very good meals with wine to match. Staff were professional and attentive. Parking was secure and a few steps away from our room. The owners were lovely and many other hosts could learn a lot from them. It was like visiting family. The position is perfect for visiting the Gargano.

Zvečer ni bilo tople vode in internet je slabo delal.

Zaktrk je bil skromen. Sicer sva dobila jogurt in sadje, za oba skupaj pa so bila le tri mala masla in tri rezine mortadele. B&B je blizu plaže, 5 minut peš in je v oljčnem nasadu.

The staff wasn’t very helpful or friendly. They kept us waiting outside at checkin. We wanted to have dinner there at night but the restaurant was closed. We had a lot of trouble finding the place because the address is wrong in booking.com.

The room was functional. The man who served our breakfast was very nice. The location is good for visiting the beautiful Gargano National Park.

As you have garden, you can expect insects, especially stinky bugs are coming a lot inside. I strongly not recommend you to kill them inside the room, better to catch and put outside. Canalizations sometimes were smelling :(. To town of Mattinata better to go by car, as sometimes there’s no sidewalk and streets can be dark.

Wonderful owners, beautiful garden, great separate rooms with patio, great breakfast (but you need to ask, if you want something not sweet), 500 m to beach and 2 km away from town. Also the owner has wonderful (slightly overpriced) restaurant, but outside of season just opened on weekend. We were having great experiences!
