Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe bikes which we were able to use to travel around the site had uncomfortable seats and needed to have more air in the tires (Not a major issue though as the site is fairly flat so was easy to pedal around)
The location is fantastic. Situated at the end of Metro C line, it is a 15-20 minute walk to the accommodation (or a -10 minute bike ride) up a beautiful path lined with towering trees. The accommodation itself felt like we were far away from Rome in the Italian countryside with lots of peace and quiet while still being close to the main transport links. The outside of the accommodation was beautiful with a 'classic rustic' feel with vines of wisteria trailing along the balconies. The room was fantastic with great air conditioning and very comfy beds. We also had access to a fridge and hob so was great for making our own food and keeping drinks cool. The view from our room was fantastic with one side showing the amazing gardens and hills and the other side showing the herd of dairy cows (As cow lovers we spent a lot of time just watching them!). There is a swimming pool for all guests to use in the gardens with a hedge wall so it feels very private. There were plenty of sun loungers and parasols to use as well. The staff were amazing - particularly Nadia - who helped us many a time during our stay. Nadia reached out to us before our stay to check when would be arriving and helped with arranging our way from the airport. She also gave us advice about visiting Rome and facilities we could use on the site. The site has bikes you can use on the site, access to fresh milk from the cows and fresh honey that they make themselves. I would (and have been!) recommending staying here to everyone as it is a nice relaxing break while still being able to take a day trip into Rome to enjoy the sites there.

EstoniaAmazing place! Our stay there was the best decision! It was so beautiful and quiete there. Everyone was super friendly to us and ready to help if we needed help. We really enjoyed swimming pool with the sunbeds during the hot weather. And just the area was so big, you can have a beautiful walks and see cows , horses, beautiful sunsets. The room was very clean with a small kitchen. Also, you can use the bycicles inside the area. And there is a big supermarket ~10 min away from the gate. We did not rent a car and it was fine to us to go to Rome by metro (40 min). Defintely, we will visit this place again

GermanyThe girl which welcomed us was very kind. It was comfortable and quiet place next to last metro station from where you can go to city centrum. The building and whole property have specific atmosphere. It’s perfect for people who traveled by car. You can park your car and use subway. Also is close to Tivoli.

United KingdomIt looked a bit tired and could have done with some redecoration. Was a bit noisy at times with dogs barking.
Breakfast was excellent with home made cakes and local milk. Location was ideal for what we wanted.

SwedenAmazing experience of the Italian countryside on this farm. Very friendly hosts, nice large and clean apartment. Decent swimming pool. Decent breakfast. Perfect for two people if you’re going to Rome or the vicinity and also want to experience a rural area. You’ll also save a lot of money compared to a downtown hotel in Rome. All in all, very fun experience.

PolandAgriturismo is surrounded by huge greenery, located near metro station (12 minutes walking distance). The apartment is huge and very comfortable – our consisted of 3 bedrooms, kitchen (with all the appliances) and bathroom. There is also a swimming pool. Great price to quality ratio.

HungaryIt was far away from the city center and we had to walk a lot from the house to the gate (1 km).
The room was more equipped than we thought. The owner was friendly, the dogs and the cows were cute.

LithuaniaThe photos shown on the listing don't match the reality. Our room was always filled with the smell of cows feces. The owner was always rude and showed us that we were not wanted there.

Poland"Lady of the manor" Monica is very unpleasant and rude with an arrogant way about her. She does not respect her guests and is happy only to receive their money. She doesn't take responsibility for anything that goes wrong and hides behind her staff, who clearly have no say or authority in anything, but are left to take the brunt and make apologies for things they have nothing to do with. The place is rustic and while that can be charming, it also comes with its own disadvantages. The cows are cute but there is a near constant smell of manure wafting into your apartment. There is no a/c only fan and with temperatures of 38C outside it is intolerable indoors, when you cannot create a draft in the room (bathroom window is too small and set too high to matter). Also the only proper window opens onto a walkway for everyone else to access their rooms so people end up walking right past your window a lot (and oftentimes peeking in, while your bed is near opposite to the window). The "bed" in the studio is an old pull out sofa that creaks mercilessly. One night at 4am power went off in the entire building, turning off the fan but also activating "emergency light" in each apartment, which was very bright and shone right into our eyes without any way to turn it off. What a lovely way to be jolted out of sleep after a late night of sightseeing. Nobody was around to do anything, nobody was picking up the phone (despite calling two cellphone numbers), there was no way to contact anyone for assistance, which made us worried of what could happen if there was an actual emergency situation and guests were left to fend for themselves. It took 2 hours before the "emergency light" stopped and the fan returned to circulating hot, manure scented indoor air. The owner was completely unfazed and unapologetic about this situation.
Nadia - the girl who welcomed us and showed us into our room was very kind and lovely. The location is peaceful and quiet in itself (when there is no wedding)
