Food in the restaurant (for dinner) was not impressive, but was ok. The staff spoke English poorly

We absolutely loved hot baths, which cost only 10 Euros pp (5 Euros for kids). Baths work until late evening, what was really good, as we arrived around 8 pm. The staff didn't speak much English, but we're very helpful. The overall experience was really nice!

The excessive cost of the price for a single night!!!!! 159,00€ in a standard tiny room .Included breakfast only! Spa 110,00€ extra !!!!! Bathrobe: 5,00€ We paid every single service but the air that we breathe The size of the room really small. The mattress was not that comfortable The property is old The breakfast was poor ! Giving the fact of the high price, I would have expected a richer breakfast buffet ! There are really much more beautiful hotels and of more stars elsewhere at much lower price! I will never return to this hotel in the future!

The temperature of the pool outdoors

The problems with the reservation, but in the end it was solved. The quality of the food served for dinner is not the best in Italy, fine if you don't wanna take the car to go out.

The breakfast was nice and until 10 am. Cost of the entrance to the baths was 10 euros/person, including from the afternoon when we arrived to the next day (wearing a bath cap is compulsory, shower baths provided in the toilette of the bedroom can be used). The outdoors swimming pool is open until midnight (water is warm). There was a mistake with the reservation, we booked a triple bedroom for 3 adults and there were only two beds, initially they put some kind of uncomfortable "bed" in the bedroom but after some negotiation they provided an extra single room. It was the only hotel were the wifi worked really well.

Extra charge for using spa and main pool, including children.

Thermal spa is the best in this hotel. However if you booked the room via Booking you would be charged extra 10 euros per person for using the pool and spa. Breakfast good and staff helpfull.

The food in the restaurant could have been a lot better. The pasta was thick and stodgy. We had the sword fish which was too dry (cooked for too long)

    The facilities were excellent

No Hot water upon arrival, Construction was loud and disturbing especially as the room faced the construction site. They should not place people on the side of the construction. Elevator didn't work. Not a good experience.

The smell of sulphur from the hot spring dominated the air and was unpleasant. The food was nowhere near what we expected from a four star hotel and there was little alternative within walking distance.

The Spa facilities were excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Out of 4* i'd say the hotel is left with 3 worn stars. Rooms definitely need total renovation. You come for termas, but hotel staff cannot supply with bathrobe :( bed was so hard, felt like sleeping on a desk with springs. Photos on booking are probably way too old, in reality looks much worse than in photos.

The additional costs of an umbrella and 2 sun loungers by the pool which should have been stipulated at the time of booking not in an email 2 days before our stay.

the breakfast contained too many sweet items like cake & not enough protein items eg we had to ask for eggs; the ham, cheese & salami plate was popular; they were finished within first 30 mins & the plate was not refilled so late breakfasters missed out

the pool facilities were excellent though we had to pay the daily rate; a better rate would have encouraged us to use it on more days. staff were friendly & reception helpful though I did speak enough Italian myself Shuttle bus service was essential though limited space & frequency

Smell. You'd hope to get used to it . Did't happened. Food. The corn in the salad had some mucus floating around. The pizza in the village was much better and only 5 euros. Never seen before a 4 star hotel with plastic glasses everywhere and plastic cutlery. Charged me 100 euros in 24 hours for 2 bathrobes , sauna and pool . I've got acne reactivation on face and my friend on back after this hotel. Not sure of health benefits. Noise. Listened to some guys making holes in the wall the entire day
