Great location, spotlessly clean room and bathroom. All the staff, from the receptonists to the cleaning ladies and the waiting staff were polite and happy to help. Superb massage given by Florinda at the spa, I will definitely be back for more.

The staff was not very friendly. Check-Out took a very long time - 15 min per person. If you travel with a kid be ready to pay (50% from adult price) even if you don't use an extra bed. The shower bowl was covered with calcareous stone - 4 star hotel...

Big parking. Good breakfast. Good SPA area and a nice outside swimming pool.

The outside pool is not that big and there are not many hydro massages. If you arrive late at the restaurant it could happen that you do not find much selection of fruits and dessert, maybe because of the low season.

The Beauty Farm is perfect, well organized and treatments are very good. The restaurant has a various menu and also the bar has cold dishes for lunch. The position is comfortable at walking distance from the pedestrian area.

Well beside staff, pool and food ..... everything :-))). Hotel is maybe not old but old-ish, at least part where we stayed (700-734 rooms, originally not even Savoia hotel but building next to it, merged and connected with Savoia sometime in the past). And most annoying things are surcharges for EVERYTHING. Bathrobe? 4€/day. Pool cap? 3€. SPA? If you want it in the morning - not free. Somehow towels for the pool are included in the room price. There are two breakfast rooms (and third one for a dinner) - if you think the offer is the same - it's not, go for one on the first floor of the main building. It's not my first 4 star hotel in Italy and especially not in the Colli Euganei region - for some things I expect to be included in the price. Or at least clearly stated on the Booking/webpage Air-con in the room was one of that you need to shut down if you want to sleep, even on slowest speed it's way to noisy to leave it on. Room furniture and appearance of the room are from the '90 (maybe I'm wrong but it seems last renovation was from 1996). That can be OK but not in the price range they are asking for a stay.

Staff was very friendly, from front desk to cleaning ladies, Spa/pool is reasonable big, hotel was almost full and it was never too crowdy in the pool area, water is maybe too hot (somebody will definitely like it), food was excellent (if you can do not miss buffet dinner, usually Friday, but we had it on Tuesday - really something special to see and try), hotel is basically at the beginning of pedestrian zone with shops, restaurants, bars .... Parking is big enough and Wi-Fi works flawlessly. Both free of charge.

Having to pay €4 per day for a spa robe seemed odd given that the room price wasn't cheap. Other hotels I've been to in Abano Terme included the robe and slippers.

    Overall a very good hotel

Very outdated, bed was uncomfortable, room was stuffy, breakfast was poor. Overall I thought this hotel was way too costly for what you get and the pictures do not represent what it actually looks like.

This hotel has a lot of weaknesses in general and for a four-star spa hotel in particular. My greatest dislikes were: 1) upon check-out need to sign the paper claiming that the hotel is not responsible for damage or stealth of your car on hotel parking, which frightens you immediately making you feel that you are in a neighborhood or town with a lot of crime! 2) very difficult and confusing access to the rooms in hotel annex with a lot of stairs up and down... 3) room was extremely wide and had five windows with poor shading so it was lit from the street lights during the entire night 4) no dark curtains on the bathroom windows in the room in hotel annex so people can watch you from the street when you take shower 5) no bathrobe and no sleepers in the room and it is a spa hotel?!?! 6) no tap water in the sauna area so you cannot do a lot of sauna treatments unless you bring your own bottle of water with you 7) poor breakfast choice (more suitable for a mediocre 3-star hotel) 8) relatively low temperature in all public spaces so you have to walk fast between your room and spa not to get cold... 9) very bad decor and design (more suitable for a wanna-be luxury hotel in the secondary Russian city...) + many more but I don't have time to write them down....

I really did not like anything about this hotel and the only think that my mother liked were the pools and the pool water temperature. We did the check-out next day as soon as we had our breakfast to get away....

The Wi-Fi had a poor signal, and TV was very poor for Anglophones, nor were many around for the odd chat. Still, we know the area has yet to "take off" for them: You can't have every thing! Finally, back pain sufferers may need a pool where they can be vertical without touching the pool bottom.

We really enjoyed the location in the town (not too crowded, cooler), breakfast croissants and fruit salad, lovely uncrowded pool, comfy room, overall smartness, friendly staff.

In 4* hotel, with 126 € per night, you have to pay extra 4 € for a hotel (one-time use, paper) slippers, another 4 € for a pool-cap (which is obligated), another 4 € for a bathrobe ... of course they would not tell you about it, when you ask for slippers, cap etc., but they tell you when you check-out and they put it on the invoice as "other treatments"!?!
