The air conditioning in the room did not work, so we were forced to open the window for air. However, it was extremely loud outside, so we had to close the window. Then we woke up sweating all through the night. Also, you must leave your key with the front desk every time you leave the hotel.

The location is the shining star of this hotel. It is a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini, through an area I felt safe in. The staff was also very nice. Otherwise, this is a budget hotel for a reason. We needed a place to lay our head, and that is exactly what this hotel provided. The WiFi was quite good.

The general cleanliness of the hotel was not great - shower was dirty and bathroom in general with visible marks all over the place. Same goes for the floors, walls, etc. the shower was also very small. Only one very flat pillow provided each which was not comfortable

The location of the property was perfect. The also left a present on New Year’s Eve which was a nice touch.

As seasoned British travellers, we do not believe it should have been labelled as a 3 star hotel but good enough for what we needed it for. We had a front facing room which was very loud in the morning with bin collections that somehow happen every morning even a Sunday.

The location was great and there was coffee in the room. We believe it was an all male staff hotel which were pleasant and always said good morning to us when they saw us.

The windows are not "the latest model" so you can hear a lot of noise from the street below, and this being Rome, there is a lot of noise both night and day, so for light sleepers, earplugs are advisable.

Simple hotel that is conveniently located close to many sights. About 15-20 minutes walk for us to the Colosseum, another 10 from there to the Forum Romanum. Roma Termini and the Metro is just 5 minutes away. Staff was friendly. The hotel itself is alright for what it is a good base for a short stay to explore the central sights.

Very clean, quiet and wonderfully situated. I asked for a single room was given a very small room with a Queen sized bed. no room for a suitcase not even a chair to place case on. Lift very slow because cleaning staff use the one lift also. No breakfast provided

The room space was a bit tight, including the bathroom. It was hard to shower without touching the plastic curtains and spilling water around the bathroom floor! Some of the appliances were a bit old (like the hair dryer) and didn't function super well, but overall those were small details and didn't bother me that much as I stayed for a very short time.

The location was great, very close to the train station but also to other touristic attractions. The street was lively at night with many bars and restaurants, which made it safe to walk around and quite practical. Room was clean and had all the basics!

I cant complain because I new it was cheap, but if I was to be picky I would say that it did advertise continental breakfast but when I ask what time breakfast was at she replied “ ohh no breakfast now”

The location is perfect beside main bus stop and the 2 nd stop on hop on/off bus. I just needed a place to sleep and shower. I new the place hadn’t all the frills and the price reflected that. The beds were made every day and bathrooms restocked with towels n soap. The ac worked perfectly in our room and was badly need as it was 42 degrees outside.
