Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We were not able to stay longer because we had an early flight.
The host helped make sure I had transportation to and from the location and to the airport. That was really really great and I greatly appreciated that.

The front entrance not highly visible and keysafe opened without a code ??
Proximity to airport. The “receptionist” was very helpful with our shuttle bus.

Not easy to find, taxi driver had difficult time. Shuttle to airport was not free, it was a taxi service.
The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to the airport. Snacks in room was nice.

Both airport transfers were more pricey than quoted in the original email. One more garbage can in room would be useful too.
This is not a B&B but the host provided some packaged pastries and coffee for breakfast, which was thoughtful. Host was very communicative and helped arrange airport transfers. Getting inside was a little complex but we received a detailed video that was very helpful!

The room and bathroom were very cold at the beginning as the heating system was not working. There was AC for the room for heating which served the purpose but that doesn't serve the bathroom. There should be a heating system for the bathroom during the winter season.

The room was very basic but clean and met our needs. We arrived late, went straight to sleep, and woke up early for our flight. Communication with the owner was easy, and the airport transfer was also very affordable.

Antonio gave the instructions on how to get to the property the morning of our arrival. We didn’t get the instructions on how to get in until we got there and I didn’t have wifi, but he was very responsive on the phone and told us to use the wifi from the business next door, which we did. Antonio supplied very useful photos for each step of the way. It was very helpful.
The quiet location was great for walking and finding restaurants. I appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport.

Decoration of the room
I should not forget that the member of staff Antonio was very kind and patient and helped me a lot with the questions. He really does deserve an excellent evaluation:10. If it wasn’t for him, I would have had many problems during my stay. Antonio made all the difference in my stay. Thank you very much Antonio for the help with transfer and how to collect the keys.

Having to wait until a few hours before arrival to receive complicated but detailed and understandable instructions to enter the property.
Less expensive than other options. Shuttle from and back to the airport was excellent. Places to eat within walking distance.

No fridge to cool things, to make cup of tea in the morning. No cafes around to visit for that either. Floor was very dirty.

In no way the fault of the host, but the location in Fiumicino is very expensive for travel to and from the airport (€7.50 for a bus / €30 set fare for a taxi) considering the journey is less than 10 minutes.
Very responsive host and accommodation had everything needed and as pictured.
