Dear Mrs. Aljoharah, First, we would like to thank you for taking the time to give feedback on your experience in our hotel! We are happy to know you enjoyed our great location and noticed the comfort of our bed. Since our Guests’ satisfaction is our primary goal we would like to apologize for an inconvenience that occurred during your stay, even if we had to do utmost to resolve everything during the stay such as an immediate reaction on the issue and precise cleaning during our evening turndown service. Kindly note, that since we have black sanitaries and black marble unfortunately, Roman water is quite hard and contains calcium so it can leave marks, so it might seem like stains, but as we are very attentive about cleaning and if you have noticed we have housekeeping service twice a day – it is quite impossible to miss such an important spot as bathroom. Regarding the trash can in the bathroom – we have set of four trash cans in each room, so if you would let us know before that you need extra one properly in bathroom – we would bring it up immediately. Kindly let us know what was the issue regarding the lights, since all of our rooms are set digitally to control lights, air conditioner, DND sign and cleaning request – all of the buttons were working just perfectly meanwhile scorting procedure, so if you would let us know during your stay what precisely was out of order - we would be more than glad to resolve the issue that you referred, since we are always at your complete disposal. As we are already mentioned before – please accept our sincere apologies and we would be happy if you could give us another chance and welcome you, Ms. Haifa and Ms. Mashael, again in a marvellous city of Rome and in our Hotel so we would make everything in best order this time.
