We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaThe place is very "cool" which is great, but they insist on having very loud and intrusive music playing in the public areas which would work if it was a nightclub but not as a hotel.
Lovely hotel in Rome. Great, fun vibe and very stylish fit out and decor. Good bar and cafe. Didn't eat at the restaurant. Staff were very helpful. Room was lovely and very comfortable.

Grab and go type breakfast croissants and coffee were delicious and great value to sit and eat on the high tables in the foyer. Not a central location but a nice walk to the Spanish steps through the park.

FinlandThe hotel breakfast is ordered from an à la carte menu and was quite ordinary. A buffet-style breakfast would have been a more enjoyable option.
The hotel is located in a quiet area with easy access by public transportation. It has a stylish and relaxed atmosphere. There is a casual bar and restaurant on-site, with particularly good pasta dishes. The room was a perfect size, and no noise from other rooms could be heard.

Loved the friendly greeting and helpful staff, and absolutely loved the decor and the radio being on when we went into our room. The bed was amazing, the shower even better. We also used the bar one evening which was great and got a couple of free bits of Italian tapas with it!
