The hydropower shower suite could have been built better to prevent excess water leaking into the main room ( their should be a way to keep all the water within the area of the shower if shower is done )

Really big room and all modern facilities. Staff were really friendly and helpful re: all the questions we had. A little bit out of the centre but it is very easy to travel back and forth through the tram or the bus. Breakfast in the morning was really nice.

I would have liked to have a few more English language channels, for example BBC news.

the rooms are big, spacious and there is an attention for details; even the bathroom is huge with a generous bathtub but also a shower The breakfast was more than enough: smoked somon, cheese, ham, omlette, boiled eggs, a mix of salad, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, butter, jam, yogurt, a few types of sweets: croissants, pain aux chocolate, fresh fruit and fresh juices

The shower cubicle door leaked water so a bit of water was left on floor, the shower water turned itself colder then back to warm, so had a big bath. Only minor things.

The spacious suite, a safe in the room and fridge. The hot chocolate was so was the breakfast. The staff was very friendly, spoke excellent English and very helpful in our stay. Bathroom was big too, definitely 4star hotel. The hotel is not in the centre, but bus 57 is out side the hotel it will takes you to city and back within 25 min, also tram 12 does the same , so is best to get 3 day travel card for 13 euro, get it from supermarket down the road ,1 min walk. Overall Excellent stay and would highly recommended and is value for money. The employee are a Credit to the hotel.

Did not dislike anything, maybe some minus point for the location however the bus stop right outside made it much easier to get into the centre.

I liked the friendly and service minded staff that took good care of us from the beginning to the end. Big and spacious suite with good facilities such as bath tub and available products on request.

The location was suitable, the hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and room service were great as there was quite a variety. We also got a room service massage which was superb. Have stayed here before and will definitely use again.

The area hotel is located is not great but it’s nothing to do with the hotel itself. No shops/places to eat around.

The hotel was about 20-minute bus ride from the city centre. That being said, it was well served by various transport links within easy walking distance, and a very regular bus service was available to the city centre 2 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The hotel room we had was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was a junior suite, and the bathroom was large and spacious, with very comfortable seating and sofa provision. Good working spaces and desks were also available in the room. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful. There was also a great local Italian restaurant about five minutes' walk away which served great food. The hotel was a five-minute taxi drive from a train station with a direct express rail link to Milan Malpensa airport.
