The property has a charming old-style character and is set in a perfect location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant and garden created a lovely atmosphere.

Our ground-floor room wasn’t ideal. The toilet was extremely small with little space for belongings, and we could sometimes hear people outside. The room also felt more dated and cramped than expected. Perhaps the upstairs rooms offer a better experience.

Beautiful architecture, great staff and breakfast. The roof top pool is indoor pool is small and hard to enter. Otherwise, great hotel and well furnished rooms.

The biggest advantage of this place is its fantastic location. It's perfect for a short stay exploring Pisa.

Beautiful hotel, super friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent location, Pisa tower about 2 blocks away but the hotel was very peaceful and tranquil.

No elevator

You couldn't ask for a better location that offers secure parking. You can see the Leaning Tower of Pisa from the street in front of the hotel. It's a ten-minute walk. The rooms are a good size and the A/C works well. Be aware that the halls have a bit of an echo. Breakfast is out on the terrace and is quite calming with the sound of the waterfall. Selection is adequate and the staff is quite helpful.

A very pleasant hotel, close to the tower, yet in a quiet area. The breakfast deserves special praise. It was a feast, with delicious cheeses, cold cuts, cakes, and coffee. Nothing was missing. I recommend it.

Not much

Infestation of ants in the bedroom. Thousands of them on the floor. Coming in through the door. My little boy woke up covered in ants and had bites all over him. Bedding dirty with hairs and stains. When we entered the room it was very hot and the air con wasn’t sufficient for the room. We all didn’t sleep because it was so hot. In the morning the breakfast was terrible. Buffet style all the eggs and bacon were dry. When we complained to the receptionist she said the manager wasn’t in and couldn’t help us. It took days for the manager to get back to us and after much hesitation they offered us 10% discount. When we had already seen another bad review on here where the people had been offered a 20% discount. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was so dirty and the customer service so poor. The Ant infestation has been there for months and they told us they couldn’t do anything about it. It’s really worrying how they are letting people stay in these rooms. After our experience our advice would be to Avoid this hotel.

Close to both train station and attractions at Pisa. A very nice receptionist by the name of Francesca was very helpful.

Brightest fluorescent light in bedroom - enough to burn the corneas. Tiny bathroom however it worked.
