It is a little bit too far from the city center because Palermo public transport is quite chaotic.

Noisy location

The property was very good. The staff were very kind and helpfull i have been pocketed in the bus so the female staff brought me to the police station and she was waited for me! The breakfast i didn't try but the coffee was very tasty I highly reccomend this place

Everything was very good. Host was very kind. Neighborhood is safe and close to the center, 10 minutes walking. We find free car park very close. Apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. The house keeper helped us for everything.

Everything is great except for the noise of car horns in the morning. However, when staying in Palermo, I think this is an unavoidable problem no matter which hotel you stay at! In any case, this hotel is well worth staying at, with easy access to the train station.

The owner was very kind and friendly! We arrived late night but she came to explain everything and she was very nice.

Our host was really kind! The room and the bathroom were really clean. There is also a shared kitchen that you can use, if you like. Everything was perfect! We would like to return at every time!

There was a slight issue with flushing the toilet one day, but the next day it was fixed.

Location is perfect, very close to the city center on foot, and a few minutes from the train station Palermo Lolli, which easily takes you to the airport or other towns (like Cefalu). Very nice owner let us leave our luggage before check-in so we could start exploring the city in the morning. The room felt cozy, clean and comfortable. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen which were also well maintained. There is even a (free) water machine since water in Palermo is non drinkable. Also in the kitchen you can find small packaged snacks for breakfast free of charge. We loved everything and will definately come back here when we return to Palermo!

The house has all the things needed. The host let us check in early and she gave suggestions about the city with her smiling face which makes feel home.

The owner was amazing and the room and bathroom so clean. There was air conditioning in the room and she offered us coffee and biscuits for our first day. There was also clean water

Everything was great, Gad lift to the first floor and 20 min walk to the centre, was great place

I was lucky to get the big room as a solo traveller for a very nice price, everything was spotless clean and the lady that runs it, was very friendly and helpful, The bathroom was spotless and had everything that you need, There is a common kitchen for breakfast and the use of fridge and heating if you need to.

We arrived 10 min before midnight and we were charged the extra 20 euros indicated for arrivals after midnight. My room was a bit noisy due to traffic (possibly not the other 3).

Very clean and comfortable. Staff extremelly friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back to Dante091. They provided a bottle of wine as courtesy, coffee, some cookies and croissants... and were willing to assist at any time.

Found laundry charge very high at €7 wash and total of €15 if using dryer. We booked because there was a washer and didn't see it was chargeable. We struggled to find the key for lights.

The area outside is very dirty and smells. But that's often the case in Palermo. Loud dogs barking in the neighbourhood.

Quite clean and simple central apartment with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Located next to the rail station. If you stay there, have some breakfast at "A merenda con rollei" "A Merenda con Rollei" https://maps.app.goo.gl/UuCDRtYp2vD3GsdX6. It is a beautiful place with great breakfast for little money.

I never give bad reviews but this was very disappointing. We were supposed to arrive at 7pm but our train was delayed 3.5 hours. I gave the property heaps of notice, telling them of this delay before we got on the train. I was aware that if you arrive later than 10:30 you have to pay a fee. After running from the train station to make it on time we arrived 15 minutes!!! Past 10:30. After a horrible day with delays they still make us pay which was very upsetting as the time was completely out of our control. I understand that it was to pay the staff member but 15 minutes late? Come on. 20 euros is almost 40 Australian dollars so it’s not cheap for us. This was a shame because if this didn’t happen we would’ve really liked this property but because of this reason I can’t give a great review. Another thing is that the bedroom has practically no sound proofing onto the street so you can hear everything and the cars are very loud.

The room itself is very comfortable and clean, the air conditioning worked well and the bed was good. The kitchen and shared areas are always cleaned. The property is very close to the metro and supermarkets

noise comming from the street even at night, our room demanded little repair and it was left without further cleaning. the street outside is extremely dirty (as in entire Palermo)

Veronica is super nice, a very pleasant and attentive host who makes things easy, always very appreciated while travelling. Our stay was comfortable, the place was very clean and the house is located at a very walkable distance from many spots.
