Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, friendly/helpful staff.

Mossies everywhere! We have come away eaten by mossies. You could not sit in public areas anywhere without being swarmed by them. We booked this hotel to chill by the pool with our children after a hectic week traveling and exploring, you couldn’t even go in pool or sit by it. Hotel is not very under 18 friendly. No children’s menu for meals, over priced meals for what you did get. Even if we could go in pool, sign listing does and don’ts. stating no playing in pool. Charges extra for a pool towel- ridiculous They did have signs up about a night time mossie treatment, It did nothing, on our last day the pool wasn’t even open by 1pm, had we wanted to go in, it was closed off. This hotel really is for business people only, no family’s wanting to relax in a nice establishment.

    Big rooms and clean

Swimming pool closed on the first day, due to “bad weather”. 26 degrees… what do you mean? Great if you have to go to the Fiera or having a conference. Neighbor hood isn’t nice and far away from the city center.

Nice hotel with nice pool area. Very tasty and with a wide selection breakfast, top class. Nice staff. Free parking on site. Nice and clean room. Worth for money. We stayed there 2 times within 3 weeks during our road trip.

The room was spacious, well appointed and clean. It was great that there was a door between the bedroom and the lounge (where we had a sofa bed for kids) as it meant we didn't have to sit in the dark after they were in bed! The restaurant food was fantastic and when the weather was nice they could open up all the doors and the roof which was beautiful overlooking the pool and gardens. The reception staff were helpful. The pool had a lifeguard and they provided pool noodles and armbands if needed.

It seems a shame to mention these issues as overall the experience at this hotel was great. It was just frustrating that there was only one option for food outside of the restaurant hours and for dinner only spaghetti Bolognese was offered for the children. We had to push to have the Al a carte available for our children and then there was little willingness to provide a child friendly option (i.e simple veg or salad and chips instead of the menu option such as fennel!). The children were not allowed to jump into the pool even if it was empty of other guests and not allowed to play around the pool area. So in summary, I feel this is a child unfriendly hotel.... But a very nice hotel.

The staff, especially Marta, went above and beyond to help us. The pool was an added treat that was needed on our busy trip. The hotel was a dream to stay at! Rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Maybe a bit more drawer type space for people needing to stay on longer trips.

Very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

There was a strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom, probably from the sewage system.

Good hotel that would deserve a higher score. Yet, it doesn't get one because when you book your stay, they're not upfront with the city tax and the way they structure its payment. You're led to believe the price includes all taxes and fees, but that's not the case.

Breakfast and bathroom were exceptional. Really good and worth the money. Highly recommend it

The location did feel a bit isolated from the main of Bologna but that's not a big issue if you make use of taxis, trains, buses etc

Nice hotel near the highway, with easy access and a very good restaurant. The staff was very helpful — my room was changed as I wanted a quiet one. Zoe at the reception was fantastic: very kind, helpful, and also for my eyes extremelly beautiful.

I didn't like the coffee machines quite unusual in Italy but I have asked an expresso and they deliver it without problems, neither costs.
