Very nice and clean apartment and before all is the kind and respectable owners of the apartment Kim and Francisco who are keen to make your stay as good as possible and giving advices for places and restaurants to visit. The location of the apartment is excellent and definitely should be the first choice to stay in wherever you visit Como.

A very pleasant hotel - I definitely recommend it. Beautiful rooms! Two excellent bathrooms. The staff were so friendly and lovely. Really central so you can be in the city centre in a minute and it's lovely. Overall, we were very satisfied and would love to come back in the future

Excellent hospitality - nothing negative.

Thank you Kim and Francesco for the stay in your wonderful apartment. You gave instant responses to our queries and were so helpful. The location is superb with everything in close walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, with modern facilities and two shower/bathrooms were really useful for our group of 4. Thank you also for the restaurant recommendations, especially on our first night when we arrived late evening.

Nothing Everything was brilliant

To start with Kim and Francesco were absolutely amazing from the start. Once we did the online booking, they both contacted us and offered great tourist tips about places to visit, commute and even restaurants options. The flat was incredibly clean and spacious, centrally located within few minutes walk to Como Lago train station, the lovely town centre and within 5-6 minutes walk to the lake and the cruise trips. The flat is lovely furnished and had 2 big bathrooms and the kitchen was equipped with all what we needed. If we ever come back to Como, this will be the place we stay in without any doubt. Kim and Francesco didn't stop there, they provided us with tourist tips on our day trip to Lugano and Milano.

It was the nicest and most comfortable place I stayed during my stay in Italy. First of all, I would like to thank Kim and Francesco for making my trip to Lake Como so memorable. I went to Lake Como without a plan and thankfully Kim and Francesco gave me some very good recommendations of places to go and restaurants to eat, which helped me to make great memories with my family. The room was very clean, and the location is great, as there is a station and a grocery store about 5 minutes away. The sofa bed was bigger than I expected—it was big enough for two adults. Moreover, there are two bathrooms, which are absolutely more convenient and comfortable than one bathroom. When I arrived there, Kim and Francesco were very welcoming and quickly responded to me during the stay. They were also very flexible hosts, for example, if a room was not booked for the next day, my family was allowed to keep our luggage in the room until the following afternoon. In addition to the accommodation, Kim and Francesco's care made it possible for me to enjoy a great holiday with my family. I sincerely recommend to stay in the window on the theatre and the cathedral!

All good at everything. Nothing that bother me at all.

We contact owners 1 hour in advance and Kim and Francesco were waiting there. And they were so nice that making a reservation for us at one local restaurant; which is very very good. We enjoy the evening very much.

The apartment was beautifully remodeled with all the amenities we needed for a fantastic stay. Its location is perfect as it is just steps away from restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Our host Kim was incredible. She welcomed us with warmth and actively communicated with us via WhatsApp where she gave us recommendations for restaurants and activities. We enjoyed our stay so much so that we extended it by two more nights. Also, we are already planning our next stay here and will be telling our friends about this incredible property.

The only thing that you need to walk for the parking. But you can use the public parking if you don't like to walk.

I like the hospitality of Kim and her family ، she was so nice and helpful and her hospitality is going to make me return back to Como. You going to like the place and location. A clean apartment with nice touch of decoration and furniture.

The apartment is new, very clean and comfortably furnished. It is in a great location. A parking space is included in the price. The apartment is managed by a fantastic owner. Very helpful, completely hassle-free and very communicative. We got very precise directions, a list of restaurants where you can eat well at a reasonable price and contact information for a private boat rental. If we are in Como again we would love to stay in this apartment again.

The only negative thing for us was that the place seemed a little sterile in that there was no accent color what-so-ever. Everything was white and with no "art" on walls...just plain bare walls throughout so character was lacking but that may be what others appreciate. Ambiance was lacking

hosts were extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Apt was very clean and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable with extra blankets in closet as needed. Car garage was close by and hosts made it easy to find and get settled.
