The showers! Hot water is a bit hit and miss. We needed to let the water run for a good 5 minutes before we consistently had a hot shower which was annoying for the first couple of days ebefore we worked that out. The hotel is also a bit basic for a 4 star but that seems to be a theme in the region.

Excellent staff. We had two rooms and they accommodated my request to have the rooms together by upgrading one of the rooms! I also asked them to make a birthday cake and they made an excellent carrot cake. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were nice. Very large size, good lighting, great WiFi throughout and comfortable beds. The upgraded room even had a hottub on the patio. Room cleaning was great too and everything seems clean and comfortable. The pool at Ziba is excellent. A big size for the number of people and we had no problems getting sunbeds. Breakfast is pretty good at Ziba. Fairly good variety and had everything we needed. Location is quiet and mostly convenient but main town centre is a 30 min walk away.

With the family room / suite, there is limited privacy. Whilst there is a door between the sofa bed and the main bedroom, you have to walk through the sofa room to get in / out and through the main room to get to the bathroom.

It’s kind of like a self-service hotel, which for a 4 star, you would expect a bit better in terms of service; no towels in the pool area, quite a few times there was nobody at reception, … but overall it was good

Very pretty hotel, located in a good spot to discover Lago di Garda. The rooms are spacious with a view to a winery and they have a very nice pool to relax. Breakfast is good.

It's a 10-minute walk to the closest bus stop. Buses only run every 30 minutes even during the day and are usually quite crowded. Nevertheless, I would stay at Ziba again, as the hotel itself is gorgeous.

Ziba is a beautiful, small, well-run hotel. Every detail is carefully considered, from the beautifully crafted furniture to the multiple lighting options in the room. The Spa area was one of the best I have seen in a hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Close-by, there is a walkway down to the lake and from there a pleasurable 30-minute walk takes you into Peschiera del Garda.

Facility is really new, clean and kept in very good conditions. Staff is kind and makes you comfortable. SPA is also really nice and the SPA manager super attentive! We really enjoyed our stay.

Aircon in the room didn't work very well, a bit stuffy, just about manageable. Didn't complain as we only stayed for 2 nights. Staff were fantastic and very helpful with local info . Also a little bit off the beating track (20 minute walk)from all the main restaurants and bars. Taxis are cheap.

lacking in evening atmosphere which we believe due to restaurant and bar contracted to external company who also run the pool bar until 7pm. Few people seemed to use restaurant & hence bar often unavailable The information given by the hotel states bar open until 10.30pm. This was never the case Restaurant and bar closed on Tuesday Having said that, the food in the restaurant was very good Good location. minutes from the lake & short walk to local town which has good selection of restaurants Minor point, no English TV news channel

The location was uncomfortable. Very far from the center. Around 25 minutes walk. I thought Peschiera was small and I didn't check how far from the center was the hotel. That meant taxi to center and to the boat for going to other towns. The breakfast could be better. Small selection of cheese and meat. No fresh veggies besided small tomatoes that weren't to good. Possible to improve.

The staff was amazing. Very nice and helpful. The room was clean and big. The bed was comfortable. The room had a window to the pool and full of light.

Overall we were happy. The staff were professional and polite. But not friendly, thats not being negative. Because the hotel is clearly aiming for a more adult only, relaxed and peaceful vibe. There were children here, but I'd go somewhere else if you have young children. It was mainly couples. So would be an excellent choice for any couple seeking a child free break.

Location is convenient, but not near the lake, so views are of vineyards and the main roads. Breakfast choice was excellent. Highlight for us was the spa, sauna, steam and jacuzzi were a nice way to finish a day. We used the hotel as our base for visits to Canevea, Movieland and Monte Baldo. Close to Verona, so trip back to airport was 40mins. There is a very nice resteraunt, with what appeared to be a very nice menu. We didn't try it, simply due to the extensive choices and locations on the doorstep.

On the very night we wanted to use the hotel bar, it was closed. But it was understandable as the season wasn't yet in full swing (though it should have been open every day till 22.30).

Amazing hospitality, friendly staff, great outdoor pool and bar. Very good breakfast. Close to the lake. Nice interior design. Secure parking. Peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.

Didn’t stay long enough

The staff were excellent and very accommodating, asked for a birthday celebration prior to arrival , their communication was very quick and they were on it. They went above and beyond with the decorations and small gifts and cake , so thank you very much . Amazing facilities , huge pool , the spa was excellent (had all to ourselves). Would definitely come back :)

Air condition in the room was a bit too loud

Very comfortable small hotel with spa, pool and restaurant. Underground parking! Very helpful and proffessional Staff. We started our bike tour de Garda Lake from this hotel and we also finished it there.

Default check out time is 10 AM, so checkout day, not much to do in Hotel after breakfast. Unfortunately someone smoked outside i had to close window at night.

Spa facility looks nice but it was closed in 8 PM. Outside Swimming pool was quite clean and good.
