Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwedenMissed a desk, as I wanted to do some work on the computer. The breakfast was classic Italian and as a Swede I would have liked a slightly more complete breakfast.
Very nice host, who wanted to do his best for his guests. Good location, close to the train station.

PakistanEverything was great:)
The Host was really kind and helpful. The room was clean, well equipped and bed was comfortable. The washroom was also very clean. The coffee machine was definitely a plus. The Host also got us a complementary coffee from a nearby bar :) The location is very close to the train station and the center.

ItalyMy stay at Thousand Colors was nearly perfect. If there's one small area for improvement, it would be the Wi-Fi strength in some parts of the property. It was generally good but occasionally a bit slow, which wasn't a major issue but could be improved for an absolutely flawless experience.
During my recent trip to the vibrant city of Naples, I was fortunate enough to stay at Thousand Colors. This choice proved to be exceptional, both for its strategic location in the heart of Naples and its excellent value for money. From the first moment, the warm welcome and impeccable cleanliness highlighted the host Dario's attention to detail. His friendliness and helpful tips greatly enriched my experience, making every moment in Naples even more special. The room was a cozy and comfortable retreat, perfect for resting after a day spent exploring the city's historic sites and cultural attractions. However, the real gem of 'Thousand Colors' was the guest kitchen area: the breakfast provided was a delightful prelude to each day's adventures. Staying here added a magical touch to my journey, enhancing the beauty of Naples. Without a doubt, Thousand Colors is a highly recommended choice for anyone wishing to discover the authentic essence of this enchanting city.

GreeceFrom the first moment you meet Dario and see his apartment, you understand that you have made the right choice. The welcome is warm and the accommodation is impeccable. Dario is more than happy to help you by giving you all the information you need about his city. The apartment is clean and comfortable and close to the central station of Naples, offering you the comfort of moving with all means of transport to all directions within and outside the city. Also in front of and around the apartment there are many parking spaces if you choose to move by car . Unfortunately we had not made this choice from the beginning, and just a few minutes away (in another apartment) we experienced a little hell. Be careful with your choice !!! If you want to be sure in Naples, the best choice is Thousand Colors. Dario you and your apartments are the perfect 10 like MARADONA !!! Thank you for everything and we will see you again when we return to your city. PS: Many greetings to your amazing father.

Bosnia and Herzegovinathe apartment is spacious, and the bathroom is huge. The location is excellent, a 5-minute walk to the historic centre of Naples, a 5-minute walk to the metro, and the train station (for Pompei and the Amalfi Coast) parking in front of the buildings. The owner, Dario, is helpful. Thank you

SloveniaThe room was small, but cozy.
The host Dario was excellent. He told how to get around Napoli, best places to eat at a reasonable price, how to get to Pompei and Caserta. Breakfast was in the bar downstairs. Only sweet breakfast, but this is Napoli. Really liked the city and its people. Had no problems with metro and buses. I felt safe in the tourist regions. Fantastic food, pasta and pizza. Thanks Dario for everything, I hope to see you soon.

GeorgiaSmall things, really, or, rather, suggestions: Tea kettle would be nice, as well as bigger sharp knives for those who like to cook at home. The bed linen was a bit old and scratchy. But, overall, these things were insignificant.
Location is good for those who travel by train, as the property is close to the central station. There is also a direct metro line and a bus to the city center. Though it is very noisy even at night, if you close the windows and switch on the air conditioner, you can sleep well. The host is very friendly, thoughtful and attentive. We came in the evening, were tired and thirsty, so several bottles of water in the fridge were very welcome! There was also plenty of pastry and some jam and coffee. There was also Italian breakfast provided in the nearby cafe. The host called us a taxi when we needed it and generally was always ready to help with anything. The apartment itself was bright, spacious and comfortable. It is accessible by elevator. Everyday cleaning ( very thorough) and laundry service were also provided.

GermanyPersonally, I found the bed little uncomfortable, mattres is very hard and thin, but for one or a couple of nights it's not that big deal. Bathroom is small (but functional).
Walking distance to Napoli Centrale station (ca. 10 mins). Very friendly owner, always ready to help. It wasn't as loud as I thought it would be. Of course, for a city centre, it is expexted to be a bit noisy, but nothing that disturbs your sleep. Especially if you close the window because of AC.
