The comfort of mattresses and pillows is highly subjective: some guests prefer them softer, others firmer. Ours have been carefully selected precisely to ensure a quality rest, and we often receive positive feedback on this. Regarding the size of the shower cubicle, the room you booked, a Classic Triple, is one of our more economical options. We also offer higher-category rooms that are more spacious and come with additional amenities, which many guests appreciate for their greater comfort. As for the dining experience, we are confident in the quality of our offerings, which combine Romagna tradition with Mediterranean cuisine. Every day we provide a wide variety of dishes to satisfy different tastes and more demanding palates. Should you have specific preferences, our staff is always available to recommend alternatives. We were, however, surprised by your decision to describe our hotel as “below average” despite acknowledging our excellent location and the professionalism of our staff. Regarding the service on the sea, all the lidos with which we collaborate have preferential rates for our guests, however, we confirm that a minimum stay of 3 nights is required to book the seaside package through the hotel. Those who wish to reserve a beach umbrella only for 1 or 2 days can contact the beach manager directly. Regarding the room you booked (Deluxe multiple), although it is not one of the newest rooms, it is one of the most popular as it offers a beautiful frontal sea view, a large veranda balcony and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The prices you are referring to are clearly shown on the plexiglass stands in each of our rooms positioned on the desks and can also be consulted using the QR code. At the end of your stay, as is the case for all guests, you were charged for the bar fridge extras. We do not understand your disappointment. Maybe from the fact that you didn't find an iron in the room or hair balm or cosmetics in the bathroom? We are sorry to contradict you but the stars are attributed based on other services provided by the Hotel, for example the availability of a porter, a reception available 24 hours a day, daily change of sheets and linen, parking available for over half of the rooms and rooms with square meters suitable for the category. For guests who need a laundry service we rely on external services which, for a supplement, guarantee the ironing of clothes quickly. Regarding breakfast we offer an abundant and varied buffet every day with sweet, savory and organic options. We are also sure of the quality of the products by using certified suppliers. Thank you for your compliments on the staff and the location with a splendid view of the sea.
