The place, though clinically clean, lacks hangers in the bathroom. A floor mat in the shower area would have been helpful against potential slip accidents.

The place is very clean. Staff response was quick, with proper instructions given prior to arrival. Keyless access is indeed very convenient. Location is right in the midst of an avenue with many restaurants.

I was missing hangers in the bathroom. It would be good to have mosquito nets on the windows, because they had come in while we were keeping the windows open for airing and in the evening they bit one of us.

The location of the apartments is very convenient for people traveling without a car. In the very center of Bolzano. Around them there is a supermarket and various restaurants. Although we did not include breakfast in our stay, I cannot miss to mention the wonderful attitude and delicious food at Stay Cooper Cafe which is in a 2-minute walk away. Thanks also to the staff - the lady in the company office, who allowed us to leave our suitcases with her after our check-out in the morning, so that we could have time to walk around peacefully, before catching the bus to our next destination.

The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful maybe booking direct is a better experience, but they never mentioned that you needed to download an app that would help for check-in. Also, the wrong address is listed on this site. It leads you to the office not the apartment the check-in was such a nightmare that it completely ruined the overall experience of the stay.

We reached late at night and finding the accomodation was a mission because the name is not there in the street so we had to walk around and look for it. Then we found it inside a gallery but gates of the gallery was closed, they did give us 3 set of keys to unlock but finding which gate/door to open was a challenge because there are quite a few Stay cooper apartments in that street and we had to look for ours. It would have been better if we got some screenshots and directions on how to find this apartment entrance.

The staff were nice and the place itself was clean.

Apartment was adapted for people in a wheelchair. we didn't need ask for it, so I don't know why was it assigned to us. It smelled chlorine throughout the apartment, must have been after cleaning?

It was a digital check in using their own app. You will need t download it and then use throughout. We liked the location, it was very central. It's OK apartment for 1 night.

Unfortunately, we had booked a one-bedroom apartment, because we were travelling with a toddler and a baby and on the day before arrival we were "upgraded" to a "loft" - split in two levels separated by a staircase with a metal rope railing. Needless to say my toddler fell from the stairs. The only bath and WC was on the upper level which is also not ideal when traveling with a baby. No storage for strollers.

Checkin was really easy and the staff on the next day was very friendly. Location is good, easy (although not cheap) to find parking nearby. We had a second reservation at another one of their locations which went much better.

Half eaten tub of frozen yogurt in freezer compartment and bedroom curtain needing reattaching to rod. Instruction for parking, finding the apartment could have been clearer . Cooper have a printed map in their office which would have been a better source of information if emailed as a pdf in advance.

There was no staff and we had to check in electronically, which didn’t work very well because we couldn’t unlock the door and finally found someone by phone who helped us. They forgot to make up the kids bed which we made on our own. The pillows were uncomfortable and the blind curtains were small as a result we woke up with the first sunlight.

The property was spacious, nicely decorated and the location very good.

WiFi doesn’t work, very little hot water and a few things in the flat need replacing, like hangers (only two broken ones). Needed to ask for extra pillows but they brought them right up. Only one bowl. Definitely can’t support four adults in the apartment. With two adults and two children and very swift showers there’s still not enough hot water.

Lovely flat in perfect location, friendly staff and nice decor. Helped us out with some museum cards so we didn’t have to pay, which was appreciated.

In our case the AC was making terrible noise, we informed the staff the next morning that it needed a major service so I’m sure it will be fixed. But it made sleeping difficult that night. Had to turn off which then got stuffy, then I had to turn back on and put earplugs in…

Location is very central and has all you need for a comfortable stay. From the car park you easily walk past the Cooper offices where you can ask any questions on your way to the apartment. It’s also good to stop in there because you can pick up the discount card that gives you free access to the cable cart and museums like Otzi the Alpine Iceman. Also 2€ off parking which is not much of a discount, but I guess the other benefits make up for it

The A/C units did not work efficiently. Some days the apartment was nice and cool and other days, it was very warm. The wifi was non existent and very difficult to stay connected to. The bathrooms could use a deep clean as there was some mold on the shower walls. Also, they should leave a fresh dish sponge each time,
