The smell was a bit off. Kinda oldish or too chorobe. Maybe because of moisture coming from water.

Location was okay. Since everything in Venice is walkable distance.

The staff was nice, the rooms were big enough and there was a nice choice for breakfast, given the price of the rooms. Well placed in between Rialto and the Bus and Train stations. Will come back

THe bedpost was loose, if you moved your pillow it would hit the wall. To protect the neighbours i put something soft in between

There were many types of cakes and pastries at breakfast, but I was missing some vegetables and fruits. Otherwise it was okey.

This is a friendly and cozy hotel, the staff was kind and very helpful, the rooms were good, the location is great, everything is close.

Bed sheets weren't dirty but not nice either... one of those that can't really be cleaned properly (those typical Italian ones). Not wheelchair accessible which was not relevant for us but might be a good info. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

Very calm, central location and clean. Room was rather big and the radiator/heater worked well. Room towards the garden which made it calm also during the night.

Excellent central location near the University with lots of nearby restaurants and shops. Remarkably quiet nevertheless and the hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. Room overlooking interior courtyard attractive. We didn't take breakfast.

TV not connected, however we never asked to give us remote controller which wasn’t in the room. One socket very high so unable to connect wire . Only one accessible socket in the room and a little bit broke however working. Could hear everything behind the walls but it wasn’t a big issue for us.

Very clean, room service every day, well organised, information about arrival given in advance, friendly staff, Venice map provided, good location to explore Venice, good quality breakfast with many options, refilled when needed. Toilets, bathrooms easy accessible. Internet working well free of charge.

The street outside can be a little noisy at times.

Great location, it is fairly close to the train station (15 minute walk) . They serve a good breakfast and are very accommodating. I would stay there again.

The morning coffee on the buffet tasted like american filter type coffee, i would have preferred stronger stuff

A charming little hotel on the edge of Dorsoduro. The staff were very helpful and polite. Our room was full of rustic charm and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was appreciated, and for the price it was exceptional good value for money. I woud recommend to friends and family

Amazing location, very quiet, the room was simple and dated, but very clean and had everything I needed. Airbnb and short-term rentals are destroying Venice for locals, so it's important to stay at traditional, real hotels like Tivoli!

As is typical in Italy, instead of traditional duvets we had only blankets that scratched. The bed was too soft (someone may like a soft bed though). We missed the remote control for the TV.

Excellent location, hotel at a great level. Super facilities and great breakfast. Clean room. We were extremely happy with the value for money. For such a friendly price we didn't expect so much comfort. Nice staff.

The floor has no carpet, a bit cold for winter stay.

Small family place, old style, very clean and good simple breakfast. Located about 15 minutes walk from Realto Bridge, with charming shops and restaurants around. Especially loved the bathroom with bidet.

Nothing really, we stayed in November, but would reckon the patio garden would look better in the summer.

Very clean rooms, stayed 2 nights, 12 minute walk from train station. excellent friendly staff at the desk, easy checkin, nice breakfast. Would recommend this place and Cafe Noir (80 mtrs down the street) for a late nite beer.

The wall-mounted hairdryer in the room is really old.

Perfect location, close to the bus/train station, and on the main tourist route, too. The hotel sure has that old Venetian charm to it, and it is small and compact. Great breakfast!

The baby crib was very dirty, so we couldn't let our daughter to sleep in that bed((
