It would be useful to have a machine or similar to provide hot or cold drinks 24 hours. It was very kind for the evening receptionist to provide a hot drink for me at night but I didn’t want to bother her really still I’m grateful!

    It lacked a wow effect.

For me it was conveniently located, easy to find, good secured parking, nice staff conformable room. Option to use the swimming pool of the main hotel nerby

The reception opening times were a bit limited, and towels were not provided at the pool.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the access to the pool at the neighbouring hotel was good.

We had requested a room to the back and got a room facing the VERY busy street. Staff was unable/unwilling to change room. (We stayed two nights and the hotel was not full.)

Asked for a silent room to the back but got a noisy room facing the Main Street. Staff was unable/unwilling to change even though we arrived early.

The room was very small, and it was declared as triple room. The pool is together with the other hotel.

The staff was very useful, and help us to solve some problems. It was pool. It is easy to go to Roma and Tivoli. Near is Tivoli termal pools.

On a busy main road so turning into and out of the car park is a bit tricky.

Basic hotel but very good value for money with friendly staff.

Booked a Quad. share room which was actually 2 separate rooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms & interconnecting door. Modest, modern comfortable room. Chose option to pay a little extra for a good breakfast next door. About 8 km drive to Villa d'Este. Perfect for one night stay. Friendly staff.

breakfast could be better, it is very much catered to Italian clients (a lot of sweet things like cakes, muffins etcetera).

nice spacious rooms and the bathroom was also good. Free private parking available.

Don't believe the claims that there is use of an indoor pool at nearby hotel. Not only is there a €10 pp charge (even kids) but you have to have a €5 swim hat. So €60 for a family of 4 or close to price of room! PLUS pool is only about 0.9m deep. Very misleading. Breakfast choice limited unless you only like sweet foods.

Quadruple room was actually two adjoining rooms with one entrance, two bathrooms.

Helpful staff. Nice lawn & trees and use of pool next door at Duc d' Este appreciated in hot weather. Quite a journey into Rome on bus & Metro but easier trip back on train.

No airconditioner and leaving the window open let in the light, noise and real bad smells. The WiFi is not secure so is unusable. Asking the manager about these issues got me nowhere. In hindsight it's no wonder he asked for payment as I walked in the door. Apart from the location I wasted my money on a bad nights sleep.

The location, the plentiful breakfast if you like a lot of pastries, and coffee made to order at breakfast.
