So, so noisy at night. Bars nearby open late. There was a big football match on the first night and the noise was crazy to 2am. Little the hotel could do to prevent that, but be warned if you’re a light sleeper

The hotel is worn off as hell. The room we were staying at requires a full renovation. The plaster fell off the walls, the bathroom is very uncomfortable to use, and the windows do not work properly. The breakfast room should have been renovated as well many years ago...

The location is perfect! The receptionists were very helpful, kind, and professional. So it was the breakfast staff. The heating was on and the temperature inside the room was very comfortable.

The manager pino amazing kind man gave us rooms early and on the front of the hotel he explained the rooms on the back are noisy!! This hotel is old it’s in the center of the Spanish quarter it’s buzzing it’s noisy it’s old it’s cheap we were 7 friends for one night in Naples you get what you pay for !! Cheap hotel Basic rooms Clean enough Nice breakfast Good location !!!! Please note bathrooms need refurbishment!!!

The hotel charges for keeping bags (5 EUR per piece) on the departure day. This feels a bit greedy.

The Location - right in the heart of the Spanish quarter and everything is right there - under your window - all night. Luckily we were exhausted and slept through it all - but there is no escape so you need to be aware. We thought it would ruin our night but we didn’t notice. Had we been more than 1 maybe it would have been more difficult.

Well, having everything is on your doorstep is a double edged sword. It can be quite noisy but we were expecting this so brought earplugs and it was fine.

It's close to all the main attractions. Has a metro station next to it. Lots of great restaurants. Everything is on your doorstep and it was just what we needed.

Lack of shade in the outside breakfast area.

Traditionally decorated hotel in the heart of the city. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Wifi worked reasonably well. The area around the hotel is very lively till quite late at night.

It was near a nightclub so the music and people in the streets meant noise into the early morning. Is was comically loud, but we still really enjoyed our stay. There was a light in our room that flickered on all during the night even though it was turned off. It was comical, as well, but we slept through. They probably would have moved rooms for us if we asked, because their staff was helpful, but we felt fine in our room despite this.

Cool building. Nice to stay in the Spanish Quarter. Staff was helpful. Cute turtle on the roof kept us company while eating breakfast.

Honestly difficult to say, I ended up here because it was the cheapest (130€!) I could find in the whole centre in a busy weekend. So all the negative sides were to be expected, therefore I won’t comment here.

It's so noisy. There was bar just downstairs. Not possible to sleep. Breakfast is poor. Generally hotel is overpriced and need renovation.

There was very poor noice isolation in hotel. Problem was very loud noice of every night street parties (singing soutting, drumming, scooters) which continued until 3 a.m. and made it impossible to sleep. Windows didnt stop any noice. I dont suggest this hotel during warm time and non rainy season.

Noisy area but this is outside the control of the hotel & by night two I had stopped noticing it.

This hotel is in a perfect location & is full of character. The staff are very friendly and helpful & looked after the needs of all guests very attentively. I would particularly recommend this hotel for solo travellers-I felt very safe & secure here.
