The location was superb. Accessible to everything! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfortable and the room size was on the larger end. Highly recommend.

Staff were excellent particularly Faruq who was so friendly and attentive. He was always offering us assistance along with nibbles and prosecco. :)

The staff were amazing, especially Faruq!! He and the team made my partner’s birthday extra special by giving us an upgraded room and prosecco on arrival. Perfect location.

It's was nice , but the suit was with bathtub and it's wasn't that comfortable to shower inside the room , as well there wasn't hot water consistency

The room had everything a guest requires and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had great options to choose from. The location could not be more ideal for tourists, everything was close and convenient to get around.

The room appeared to be bigger on the photos. Unfortunately I was put into the wrong room initially and missed the ability to order breakfast my first morning, as my QR code was not working. I had a lot of tours early in the morning after day 1 so I was unable to experience the breakfast multiple times. It also took a few days for my Smart TV remote to be provided, this was a minor issue. My room phone was not working so I could not book a shuttle.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was excellent—staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything, making it super convenient to explore the area. One of the highlights was definitely the view from the balcony—absolutely stunning and a perfect way to start and end the day. Highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

I was expecting to say the location because you can’t get a better location to use as a base to explore Rome but the Spa/Wellness suite was dreamy and Huge. The bed was delish. The staff was truly fantastic each step of the way. Special callout to Jake who’s a rock star.

It makes our other stay choices so tiny. Shower was a bit funky but that’s nitpicking

lovely cute little hotel with alot of personality. Close walk to all the main sites. Amazing and friendly staff. I have unfortunately forgotten a staff members name but he was so wonderful throughout our stay and I hope he reads this and knows that he made our stay special. Thank you.

The staff was very helpful and eager to please. Great location easy access to all of Rome.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with mobility issues. The list of amenities includes an elevator which was a factor in choosing it, and that is technically true. I walk with a cane so the staff allowed us to use the utility elevator in a back hallway lined with trash bags and cleaning supplies and even that was only accessible by climbing up 5 steps. The included breakfast had to be ordered ahead of time and was served in your room. We didn’t consider that a perk because our room was small and we didn’t want eat sitting on the bed.

Hotel and personal is amazing! Location is perfect! Faruq , was very polite. Jake was very kind. They made our stay at hotel wonderful. Reception personal was very informative kind and helpful. Apsolutely recomend this holtel, wort 10+.
