The location is perfect! The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff are very kind and helpful. Specific thank you to Faruk for all his help and wonderful service. He helped with our bags and offered us drinks and snacks when we arrived. Breakfast is served to the room and this was lovely. Although it is in a busy area we slept very well, it was peaceful and not loud. Everything was perfect, it was worth every penny. One of the best hotels we have visited and we would recommend to anyone. It was a little difficult to find the entrance when we arrived, the door is directly to the left of a restaurant and with dark doors closed it was not obvious how to enter.

Location of the hotel is perfect. All attractions are within walking distance from between 5-15min. The hotel staff is professional and friendly. Hotel can arrange taxi to/from airport. You can keep your luggage in the hotel at store room to wait yor check in or after check out to wait till your departure to airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room was not so big, but there were enough space. Room was equipped with coffee machine, slippers and bathrobe. Everyday you will find breakfast order list on the door knob or in your room. Breakfast will be served in your room exactly at that time which you will choice at breakfast order list. Happy hour available everyday from 6PM till 7:30PM. The city taxi stop located close to the hotel 1 min walk. The taxi price from hotel to FCO airport is 50€

I liked everything and just wish the room was bigger. I didn’t like the stairs but they have an elevator!!

Everything was great. Breakfast is served in your room. The front desk was amazing. They have happy hour and it is so fun to meet other guests. The location is so convenient to everything. The only criticism I have is that the room is tight but the bed it comfortable and everything else is great. I recommend the hotel.

This place is absolutely unbelievable it's like staying in a museum. the decor and the design is beautiful, the bed the linen everything is of the highest quality, this is a true premium experience and when you take the price into calculation this is one of the best hotels I've been in. Perfect location for exploring Rome - major sites all on walking distance. We had a fantastic room with a jacuzzi bath and found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. Received a lovely complimentary arrival tray as it was our wedding anniversary and they had free drinks and nibbles at the bar every night. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable and with fresh linen. The breakfast service was fantastic and they gave us the most amazing room service breakfast on our anniversary morning. This hotel know what great customer service is and go out of their way - thank you so much for a great stay and making our first visit to Rome so special.

The location of the hotel was great, all attractions within walking distance. The service at the hotel was first class. Faruk helped us with many things and he always seemed to be where we needed him. He was always cheerful and friendly. Especially for our developmentally disabled son. Great guy! We received help even before staying, e.g. with restaurant reservations. Breakfast served in the room at a time of your choice was wonderful.

Rooms really hot, even with window open it’s far too noisy. Would imagine it’s unbearable in the summer with no AC. Breakfast more variety on hot options would be great and earlier timings as tours often start at 8am. The bartender although made an effort and tried to initiate chat, he made for an awkward atmosphere with his cold interactions.

Bed comfortable, having breakfast in your room is a great idea and complimentary drinks at the bar. Friendly staff.

From the moment Arrived, the stay was beyond special. Ulrich goes the extra mile for anything that you need. The location is amazing - my room was 15 yards from where Caesar was assassinated and everything is walkable. As for the apartment - just luxurious. Huge round bed, jacuzzi and a tv that appears out of a full length mirror. The breakfast delivered to your room is a great touch. Don't hesitate, book this!

It’s perfect

The spa bath was a delight after walking all day, tired muscles eased ready for the next day, the breakfast in the room is delicious and sitting at the table and watch the bustling crowds outside was delightful. The view outside the window was where Caesar died and is now occupied by the famous cats…. This place is a little bit of quiet comfort in a beautiful bustling city…an oasis of relaxation. The staff were incredibly a real credit to the hotel.
