Coming from Australia, we are not used to having to wear swimming caps at resorts. Have never experienced this before and don't quite understand it as it was the only resort that had this rule

The location was a bit out of Monopoli and you really need a car to get anywhere. The pool was nice a big the service was ok.

Torre Cintola Greenblu is the perfect place to unwind. The resort is beautiful, with fantastic facilities, relaxing pools, and plenty of activities to enjoy. Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole stay even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge!

All kinds of summer camp rules including the pool closure each middle of the day, doubtable cleaning and lack of hospitality at the reception. Forget about early check in late check out. 7 hours between them, spare room but no comprehension whatsoever. I’ve stayed 8 nights in total with kids and family in 3 family rooms.

The property is ok for family holidays.

The staff were friendly but not attentive enough. Staff were very helpful but I would have preferred the staff to have more chat to make guests feel part of the ‘family’.

The breakfast choice was limited which is understandable for the clientele. I would have liked to seen more cereal choice and fried food. The scrambled egg was watered too much and the bacon had too much fat.

There was limited choice for meals in the evening for families with young children. The restaurant only offered full dining and the bar could only supply a few toasties. We all had to go out somewhere in the evenings to get something for the kids to eat.

The whole package was generally very good.

I chose the hotel because I wanted to swim after a long drive, and jumped in. I was only in the water for a couple of minutes when an employee started shouting and gesturing wildly. I couldn't understand and spoke in English to him. I looked around and could not see anything I had done or any danger. He continued shouting at me for a long time (in Italian which I did not speak) until finally I got out of the pool - Apparently it was about use of swim caps. The pool had no visible signage stating that swim caps were needed in any language or in pictures- I did look. There were at least 5 other people in the pool without swimming caps, who he did not speak to or instruct out of the pool and I was disappointed that I had no use of the pool for my stay.(I did not have time to go and purchase a cap and come back). The rest of the hotel stay was fine, best suited for Italian families. I was impressed with the hotel's accessibility for people with mobility issues- and the reception staff were great.

Only disappointment is the lack of a kettle in the room. It is nice to be able to make your own hot drinks and sit on your terrace which you cannot do here.

Excellent food choices at buffet breakfast and dinner. Lovely location with beautiful poolside views. Nothing too much trouble for all of the staff. Reasonable bar prices.

We arrived when it was still too early to use the outdoor amenities, but the pool looked great and they had a small playground for children. The beach front was fun to explore and there were several great restaurants within a five minute drive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although one of our rooms had a plumbing issue that required us to be moved. The staff got a plumber to the room quickly, and when the issue couldn’t be resolved moved us to another room. The staff was overall very friendly. If we come back to Puglia, we will stay here again but during the warmer months so we can use the pool.

There were too many tourist buses at breakfast, which made for very crowded conditions at 7:30 a.m., just when I wanted to eat. I gave up on coffee as the queue was too long. Overpriced for what is offered
