Bath room was not very big, for a 4* star hotel you should get a better quality.

Location of the hotel. Very quiet place in general, except when they organise events during the night. Pool bar at seaside was appreciated. Personnel of the reception was very cooperative and make the effort to satisfy your request.

We had only breakfast....so not sure how about lunch and dinner, but food was poor, with no much choose. Staff is not particularly willing to help.

Wonderful coast, beautiful view, clean beach with sand. Les then 5 min walk food shop and wholesale store.

It would be good to have some variety with breakfasts.

Staff attitude. Excellent beach near the hotel, easy to get Terracina center with free public transport, transfers from hotel are not expensive also.

Brakfast could be better. No much options and not good qulaty of food. Plates and cups could be cleaner.

The fact you had to hire beach towels was disappointing and also the chairs and umbrella on the beach were not included and you had to pay another 8 euro per day to hire. It should all be inclusive of the room price. Also they gave you 2 bottled water at the start but that was it. Unlike other hotels it was not replenished. Simple things like this would help get better ratings.

    Pool area was great.

Sandy water from shower, though this was being fixed the day after our stay. We arrived in off season, and felt like the only people there. No music during dinner. We could hear a toothpick fall onto a plate.

Very accommodating and friendly staff, good room, brilliant sea views

Minor- beds slightly in the hard side.

I can't say enough about the staff. They were amazing!! Thank you. After 5 days in Roma, this place was an oasis. Soft, sandy beaches, polished rocks reminded me of the rivers back home. Close enough to town if you want to explore although no reason to leave as all amenities there.

Nothing I can think of specifically.

We were very warmly welcomed, parking was available as described, the room was perfectly clean, the bathroom had enough towels. The sheets were very clean, the heating was on (but it could have been warmer in the room). Breakfast was very nicely spread out, a big choice of foods. Coffee was made fresh by the staff, everything lovely and pleasant. One of the friendiest staffs I have encountered, the Concierge was very helpfull and welcoming, I am sure to go back to Torre del Sole! :-)

The food on the restaurant was ok, but not more than that.

This hotel is very clean, well located with the beach and swimmingpool right outside the hotel. There were good area outside the hotel for the car, and without a charge. The area around the hotel are quiet, but short walk to nearest pubs and restaurants. The staff was wonderful as well. We are decided to stay on this hotel again.

They need a better selection for breakfast and someone making coffee instead of a machine which isn't great. Also, it would be nice if they included the beach chairs/umbrellas in the cost as it adds up. Also, it's nice that they have shuttles to the local town Terracinna as it is an hour walk but it would be nice if it wasn't so expensive.

Lovely location at the end of the beach. Stunning views and clean rooms! The balconies were lovely and helped us enjoy the vacation.

Only one issue for us - disappointed that we were asked to pay a daily supplement for a parasol on the private beach. We think this policy should be reviewed.

Excellent location, proximity to beach outstanding and lovely views, nice and interesting town, good facilities and cleanliness, good staff attentiveness, decent breakfast. Very good all round.

Value for money is very poor - they have a silly occupancy rule where children under 2 count as adults and that meant that we had to pay for two rooms when we didn't need the extra beds. Furthermore, after you pay a lot for the room, basic services like pay TV, beach chairs or pool caps are not included and you have to pay extra. They should rethink their value proposition.

Very nice location, you can walk to the beach without having to cross any streets. The hotel building is beautiful and the restaurant quite good.

The hotel not so modern. Rooms are simple and minimalist furniture. A small shower and the breakfast is ridiculous. An unclear side access road and limited parking. Recommended only if you have no other choice.

Poor breakfast - no fresh fruits and very limited choice overall; over-priced dinners - poor buffet, very small portions (nonsense for Italy!), the quality of food is not ideal, better to eat in the city; wi-fi goes on and off, for some hours during the evening is completely unavailable.

Beach is one step from the hotel with good infrastructure (no toilet on the beach though!); easy access to the centre of Terracina by a hotel shuttle; well located for visiting Sperlonga, San Felice Circeo and Rome; friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast is good but the dinner was without taste and did not resemble the fantastic Italian kitchen at all. We ate dinner once and will not recommend it to anyone who cares about the taste of their food. The food seem to suffer from a big production line, although the hotel is not that big. The distance to the city centre is far, and the shuttle service is expensive. We discovered that there is a free shuttle service by the municipality, if one has the time to wait, and don’t mind very crowded small buses. We stayed in high season and the price is too high, compared to other hotels we stayed at in the same trip.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Cleaning personnel are effective and efficient and the same goes for the people working in the outside areas. The proximity to the Beach is great and the pools great for children and others that like to swim in a controlled atmosphere.

WiFi is free but poor signal on the beach and in the room. Also you'll need to ask every day for your new UserID and pass as they expire after 24h... and you cannot connect more than one device! Beach is NOT free, unless you stay 7 days or more... You'll have to pay €10-13/day to get a place... Not very convenient, giving that the only reason to stay in this hotel is to go to the beach... The hotel is the far from the city centre and you will need a car to get there... There is a shuttle however (but we have not used it...)

Quiet location and clean rooms. Staff was useful and friendly. The beach is clean and facilities are generally well maintained.

Difficult to find the place. GPS using their address put us a kilometre away. Location is actually on an unnamed street. Dinner times inflexible, more set up for buses not couples. Rooms were not sound proofed. Could listen to neighbours conversations.

Rooms were comfortable with lovely views of the Mediterranean and the hills.
