    Nothing.

We loved this hotel- the food, the staff & the location. The staff without exception are so friendly & helpful- nothing is too much trouble. They will purchase train tickets, book restaurants, give advice on where to go & what to see locally. The hotel is an excellent base for exploring Florence, Lucca, Vinci & the immediate locality. The food in the restaurant was excellent with so much variety & choice. We did eat out locally as well but the food in the hotel was so good that there was really no need to go out, except to try other local restaurants. We would & hopefully will look forward to a return visit to this hotel.

Breakfast buffet was very generic. Other than good tea and coffee, everything else was supermarket grade.

You could not ask for a more caring and capable staff. Hospitality is in their DNA. The location is quiet and close to whatever you might like to see in Montecatini, especially Montecatini Alto. A lunch and dinner at the hotel met or exceeded expectations. Sitting areas were charming The pool looked quite attractive. Secure parking was fine once you figured out how to get on the parallel street behind. They should advise their guests in advance. Rooms comfortable, quiet and a bit bland.

The staff was extremely nice and professional. Great hotel for travelers with pets. Special mention to the staff who have taken care of providing gluten-free food for us.

I just felt that it needed an update as far as the decoration is concerned with the soft furnishings. I think it suits an older clientele who probably like the way it is, which is fine.

The staff were brilliant. So helpful in so many ways, from helping us with our luggage to providing us with maps of cities and lots of interesting and helpful advice about the areas we wanted to visit. Cannot fault any of them!

The hotel was situated near a busy main road which was next door to the outdoor seating and pool area. The main clientelle were elderly or on group tours which might explain why the food was dull - at breakfast I really struggled to find something that was inviting.

The staff were just charming and could not be more helpful - nothing was too much. Although the room were dated they were scruplessly clean.

Honestly loved everything, could not fault it.

Relaxed & Friendly family run hotel, great pool, hot tub & plenty of poolside deck chairs to soak up the sunshine. Also loads of different outdoor chair seating areas in the gardens, really great hotel to get away from fast pace of life. 2 min walk to Funicolare ride up to Montacatini Alto, with great views & Fab Restaurants, very romantic setting at night. Short bike ride into town or 20 min walk through park to restaurants and train station, 1 hr to Florence & 30 min to Lucca. Staff exceptionally helpful with nothing too much trouble, from arranging early breakfasts to booking train tickets etc. Also was lucky to experience a wonderful open air concert in Terme Tettuccio,an exceptionally amazing Spa building which is only a few min down the road also, what a night.

Very friendly staff (the Simoncini family). Intelligent advicee where to go. Beautiful outdoor areas - a shaded garden verandah, and a pool-side with good sunlight during the later morning and afternoon (but also with shaded areas too). Bathroom and bedroom all have super facilities (with individual outdoor balconies, mini-fridge, large wardrobe space). Full range at breakfast. Very clean.
