It was a little noisy with the trolley cars going by. They stopped during the late night but started again around 5:30am

We got an unexpected upgrade which was very nice. The location is excellent. We could walk to everything in the city. The breakfast was very good.

I had a fantastic stay at CHC hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Torino, making it easy to explore. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable. The salty selection of the breakfast buffet, especially the scrambled eggs, could have been a bit better Our room was on the first floor and we could hear and feel when the tram passed. It did not bother us but may be good to know if you are sensible to that

standard room was rather compact but the balcony made up for the lack of space. we couldn’t upgrade to a superior room as the hotel was fully booked.

The room was really small, painted in a dark color making it feel even smaller. No drawer space to speak of. The toilet seat jiggled and the bathrobe had obviously seen better days. The bed was good but a little too hard for my back and felt it on the last day (3rd).

The hotel is right behind Piazza Castello so it is very central which makes it close to all the highlights of the city. The room was quiet and well organized. The bathroom was spacious and had a shower with a movable head which is great when you don't want to wet your hair (and not use a plastic shower cap). The best part was the staff who were very kind and helpful with any questions I had.

This small but very well equipped hotel is situated near or even in the centre of Torino, the staff is amazingly friendly, the breakfast was very good (I just loooooooved the baguette, it was the best ever, even better than in France) so much to choose from and all very fresh and tasteful. Wifi was superfast, room superclean and comfortable and already available in the am when I arrived unexpectedly so early.
