you hear everything from side rooms bathroom was little bit smelly no slippers only shampoo from free toiletries and was too small and refilled after two days we had to buy shower gel very dirty air condirioning there was supposed to be tea in the room but it was not breakfast no nice beaches around no supermarket near hotel, only 30 minutes by walking

I don’t know what’s the thing in Sicily with hotels but the walls are so thin that i literally had a feeling like i was in the same room with the other guests.

Decoration was ugly but overall great.

Breakfast was unexpectactly great... olives, tomato, fantastix bread, cheese, ham, butter, yoghurts, boiled eggs.. really really good. Bed was comfy.

Our room was too wet. I think it was because of heat and outside humidity together…but the floor in the room was wet. The lift very very slow. Payment parking all around.

The room is nice but too small. The location is great. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. Good breakfast. The lady at reception very kind also.

The single room was really really small.

The hotel looks new and is located in a central and convenient location. The staff was extremely helpful and provided support upon arrival and throughout the stay. The breakfast was simple but very tasty and with products of high quality.

Coming by car it is a bit harder to check-in as it is a narrow street and no parking space is foreseen by the hotel.

Very modern rooms, but with respect to the historical place. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

In the evening there was no hot water. I was waiting more than 3 minutes and it did not change to hot.

Room was a little small and the walls were thin so sound travelled from the other rooms very easily.

Very helpful staff. Gave me a map of Trapani and tips on transport and restaurants. The room was very small but clean and modern. Good shower and air con. Breakfast was a good selection and they provided soya milk and green tea.

I had a few instances of people knocking on my door while I was on the phone later at night even though I was not being very loud. If this is supposed to be a hotel then it is VERY unreasonable to expect people to be so quiet. I understand that it's also used as student accommodation but you should have moved them to another section if they need quiet to study.. It's was very annoying and for this reason I probably would not return.

no view from the room. our room was adjacent to another and could be turned into a suite. the door in between let the sound from the other room pass through and our neighbour spent one evening on the phone.

close to harbour and the old town. large room and comfortable bathroom.
