Wifi signal very weak inside, sound from outside could be heard from inside the room (then again this is what you get with being so central). None of these was a major factor, just room for improvement especially with wifi.

the staff, especially the lady who checked us in. at night, they even lent us a luggage scale. love the quiet room. hotel has no security but it seemed safe. they booked us our airport transfer and it was all efficient. great and helpful luggage support. love that theres an elevator thank you for the coffee!!!!

There could have been better lighting in the room and bathroom. The hotels in the States have much better lighting My wife had to apply her make-up with a small mirror next to an opened window. Could use floor lamps throughout. But there are more pluses than minuses.

I considered the breakfast a wonderful addition to our stay. The price was also very reasonable. This hotel is a gem in the middle of this quaint little harbor town. All in all, this hotel would be hard to beat for its location, especially if you want to be close to the cruise ship terminal. Plenty of great little outdoor and indoor restaurants right next to the water.

Although, I chose this hotel for it’s location we did not realise the amount of tourists flooding the streets around the Trevi Fontana.

The room layout was well thought out, comfortable and spacious. The drying rack in bathroom is handy. The breakfast good. Lift.

It was not as cool in the room as we would have liked. There was some noise from the street. This hotel was a long walk from the Rome Termini Train Station. We were unable to get a taxi since it was extremely busy, so the walk with luggage was a long 30 minutes.

This was a very busy location since it was so close to the Trevi Fountain. Our room was very good size and the bathroom was excellent.

Room cleanliness could be improved. Also the rooms could use some improvements as well (counter-top in the bathroom is inclined because it is almost ripped of the wall, water stays in the basin long-term because of this). I would not rate this a 4-star hotel.

Location is amazing, you don't need to use any kind of transport for the main attractions in the city centre. Room sound isolation is great, even if the hotel is located in a busy tourist area, the rooms are silent. Staff is really helpful with your every need.

I loved how convenient the location was, it was a maximum of 3 minutes walking to the Trevi fountain, the best restaurants were around, and we loved the vibes and the neighborhood. The staff were so nice and helpful, they booked us a taxi and took care of our luggage.

All in all it's a nice hotel in close proximity to Trevi fountain. The room was comfortable and you have everything you need. The only drawback was the room door which one could hardly open and I was fighting the whole time :D Apart of that I would rate my stay as quite pleasant

The rooms were too warm, furniture was outdated and not enough lights in the bathrooms. The rooms definitely need to be redone. The bathrooms are updated except need better lighting.

AC is not so powerful

The location is perfect, quiet central for most of the attractions, Trevi fountain is just round the corner. The furthest attraction was Vatican which is also like 40min walk. The location is very lively and can go on till midnight. The entire front desk staff are lovely and helpful. The afternoon shift guy Andrew is amazing he starts at 2 so you cant miss him during check-in

Nothing negative to say about the hotel. The only small concern was that the air conditioning in the room could be improved - Rome was enduring a heatwave during our visit and the room was warm. This was only a very small issue though.

Very unique hotel in a great location. Room was lovely with amazing views across Rome from the rooftop terrace. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.
