Breakfast needs improving. Stale cakes and cold scrambled eggs were served one morning. Needs more fresh fruit and less cakes.

As it's a hostel there were lots of large groups of people moving around the corridors quite loudly. Extra charges for use of the pool or spa.

Really comfortable room, good WiFi, quiet part of town and the staff were really really helpful.

The location is not bad. However, there's a stair to get to the street which is difficult if you have a suitcase.

The facility itself is great and all staff are very helpful/pleasant. The only suggestion I would make is to have individual locker that we can use our own lock.

Not a lot of privacy from others in the room; no curtains on beds. Tiny bar fridge provided I was advised by the elderly lady I shared with that she had filled already; even though it was for the whole room. She had made sandwiches and had unwrapped food in there and so on. She was very chatty although I was tired and wanted to keep to myself. The kitchen downstairs was commercial and could only be used on request and only for the microwave and not actually for cooking. The property lacked private spaces generally.

Handy budget option for accommodation in Sorrento. Nicely located although a little walk through town along the cobblestones with luggage FYI. Lots of supermarkets nearby, and better still short walks to picturesque Sorrento views and delicious restaurants. Good storage space for luggage and clothes. Lots of tour information, maps etc. Super friendly and kind staff.

The bathroom was not clean enough for us - we found some hairs there at the beginning, in the bathtub, floor. There were some smudges in the tiles close to the sink. We paid additionally for breakfast and the eggs were cold and it was really mediocre.

The parking above was convenient. It was not cheap but it was convenient. The room was warm which is not obvious in February in Italy, beds were comfortable.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The hostel was clean to a high standard. The hostel is linked to a fitness centre and spa and wellness facilities which was a bonus.

There's no common area for the hostel.

I'm surprised that they really have a big room and no bunk beds for their hostel. Where in fact a good thing and 2 bathroom on their hostel room.

Room was very hot based and thermostat adjustment did not work. We ended up turning off heater.

Staff very friendly and helpful. They also spoke good English. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Location is very good near city center, about 15 mins walk from train station.

The room for the hostel is pretty small, the beds creak (make noises) when getting on and off it, the lockers were noisy and wasn't sure how to lock it, charging ports were awkwardly placed and may not be enough (if the room is full). None are deal breakers, but these are were corners cut.

The breakfast is amazing. Definitely made my day better with the buffet and quality of the food. Was definitely worth to include! Staff were friendly and the location was great. Right near the heart of the city. The room furniture were well maintained and sleeping is comfy. Bathroom and the room are clean and they give you soap and a towel, which is very thoughtful.

The mattress was very very bad. Maybe I was bad lucky because I had the only bed that was no bed properly and had a hole. And was very uncomfortable!!

Is a hotel that offer a share room, they transform a private room in a share room (5 bed). The hotel, and everything in general was good.
