The beds were very hard cause my back was aching. No view from the rooms either.

Room was large (superior) and hotel overall modern. Location convenient next to train station. We visited Modena, Parma and Ferrrara so they were easy travels. Breakfast was basically very good though the room was crowded on certain days.

My bad luck was to get a accessible room which I never requested. But I didn T complain since I arrived in the evening and left the next day.

The location was good just in front of the central train station. Walk to the city center takes around 20 min and it’a a comfortable walking route. I felt safe even at night. Breakfast was quite good with many options.

The room was humble but clean and pleasant. Very close the the central station allowing you to reach other cities in Italy or the airport. At the beginning of one of the main arteries that brings to the historical center (just 10 min away).

Twin separate beds not convenient for a couple. Somehow expected electric water cettle for tea/coffee in the room plus one time use slippers. Slightly overpriced given its not in the perfect city center (15-20 min walk).

Spacious and clean room with daily housekeeping services. Very good breakfast. Room adjustable AC. The roosm not looking on the main street are extremely quiet.

The air conditioning was set too warm and difficult to adjust. The hotel hallways were over heated, although it was winter, the heating was too hot for us.

We were upgraded to the larger suite and it was fabulous.

The room was outdated. The bathroom needs to be updated. The shower was in a tub that was not easy to get into. There was characters.. presumably Japanese over the head of the bed, which looked like a billboard...and who knows what it said!

Despite change of the room because of poor air-condition it was very hot anyway. I think it might be because of warm weather in Italy - probably air-conditioning is not turned on during winter. As we are from Poland we are used to cold 😆

It was our second stay in that hotel, great location, breakfast ok, very nice personel. There was a problem with air-conditioning in our room so we were given the room of better standard. It was very nice. Room cleaned every day.

While the location is very close to the train station, it wasn’t an area I would feel comfortable waning around by myself as a woman. We saw a fight, an incident involving the police and there was a number of young men loitering in the area.

The staff were very helpful (especially the younger receptionist, Lorenzo?) when our airline lost our baggage on arrival. The bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was good quality and had plenty of choice.

Hotel is very well located if you are using train or coach station. We stayed in that hotel just for a single night to take a coach next day and room was spacious and bathroom was very clean as well. Breakfast is nice.

The hotel is located next to the Bologna centrale with access to the airport train and also if you plan to travel to nearby cities. On the right to the hotel building ( main entrance behind), you can take the street Piazza XX Settembre and walk straight to the old town area where all the main attractions of Bologna are. Breakfast is great with lots of choices of pastry, continental breakfast, fresh fruits even with Parmigiano cheese and mortadella among other cheese and hams as well as fresh and grilled vegetables. You are also served with expresso coffee and cappuccino if you ask the waiters - sth very rare in hotels which usually charge extra for this kind of service. We asked to leave our luggage at the reception as our flight was late in the evening and we were served quite pleasantly. The room was quite good and spacious for what you usually get in Italy. WIFI free and it worked quite well for the time we used it. I would highly recommend it.

superior double room was suppose to have 1 king bed, not close twins, very tall bathtub, dirty bathroom floor, what was really annoying was complementary water, 1 box of 500cl per double room; I believe that if a gesture of courtesy is done, it should be done completely, meaning 1 box of 500cl water per person
