I don’t know about other suits but our apartment was pretty dark. We had no shampoo or body wash. The hair dryer is very old too.

Location is great! It’s very close to the subway or just walk to the landmarks. The room is tidy and was cleaned daily.

Felt a little like a hostel and there was no lift. we weren't expecting to carry our suitcases up multiple flights of stairs.

The ‘one large bed’ is actually two beds attached with one mattress. The soundproofing is terrible. On the last night we had to sleep early because the plane left at dawn, and we couldn’t because we could hear every word of our neighbours, all their steps, everytime they used the toilet, and someone was also drilling. All this at 9:30pm

The host was kind and flexible, he arrived earlier than the checkin just so we could put our luggages down. The rooms have their own bathroom, with a bidet.

The fact that the shower doors were tied so you could neither open them as wide as needed or close them. I also thought the huge step down from shower to floor when the doors could not close was dangerous, due to floor being wet.

The room itself was lovely. Bed was a huge double which meant it was very comfortable. Everything I dreamed of, of a place in Rome. The whole place was amazing. Situated near metro. Lots of bars, restaurants and mini markets in local area.

The room was definitely clean but it did not have enough plugs in the room. A plug did not work right as well. Moreover, there was no fridge in the room so that we could have cold water. The elevator was private meaning we had to carry on our luggage on the 3rd floor without being offered help.

The room was near Manzoni metro station which was convenient for our transport. The room was clean. Gianluca was friendly and helpful. However I think they could do better and put some more care in the room. In general the room was basic and I would suggest it if you wish to spend a couple of days in Rome but not for long stays.

It was about a 10-15 minute walk from the colosseum and had the red line for easy underground travels if you are tired from walking, it has a comfy bed and the owner is quite nice and helped us with everything needed

Lovely little eccentric room in a good location - between two metro stations, a short ride to the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon, and within walking distance of the Colosseum. The room was clean, as was the entire building, and Gianluca met us slightly earlier than we had originally planned as we had got out the airport quickly. He was brilliant - friendly, accommodating, and gave us loads of helpful information about getting around Rome and reminded us to keep an eye for pickpocketing. We were able to leave our bags after check out until we needed to head to airport, which gave us an extra morning to enjoy without dragging suitcases. We had a great week away with a comfortable little base to rest in!

The room was decent. Small, but what a couple needed. It was generally clean, but in the bathroom there was a strong smell from the pipes maybe. It was like a house with some rooms. You could lock your room normally, but the soundproofing wasn't the best. The area was relatively good, close to the train and the metro, which allowed you to go to many attractions. Our stay was excellent.

It was a little noisy at night as there are 3 garbage cans in the street which are emptied by garbage trucks at night. There was a gap in the window

The lift was still out of order

Been here before. Close to two metro stations saving on leg work. For the price I have to give the property too marks. The host lays on a kettle and the workings for all to share.

Shower door dont close, so everytime we shower, theres water all over the floor. Room was tiny and dusty in every corner. No elevator!

Shower fixed on wall cannot adjust height. The door in shower cubicle didn’t fully close, water spill on the floor after shower. Bed was against a window, not practical. A bit noisy as well. There’s a little fridge and kettle outside the room for everyone to use.

Location was great, ideal for short stay.

I would maybe suggest a bigger bed, thicker blankets and a new hairdryer (the existing one is very old).

Perfect location. Metro station is also closeby. Very clean, cozy. Simple, yet comfortable. Would definitely recommend it, worth for its price.
