Perfect location , The hotel has an own beach, closed and free parking. The room was tidy , The staff was kind and helpful. There is a great restaurants not far from here with playground. The ferry to Venice ( Punta Sabbioni ) is close by car and approachable also by bus , which starts toward The hotel . The breakfast is rich and savory. There is also a camping , which belongs to The center.

The staff has been very friendly and accomodating. When I arrived, my room was upgraded. The air conditioning was working very well, and very quiet. I slept well. The breakfast looked very nice, and lots to choose from. The hotel has a lovely little park on the side to the beach, with chairs and tables to sit outside. There are a few mosquitos, which you would expect. The beach is just a few minutes on foot, with a parasol and a deckchair for free. The beach has fine sand, clean and extends to either side: I enjoyed walks on the beach for more than an hour each way. The coffee places very close to the beach are my favourites, enjoying a cappuccino or having a bite to eat. The hotel also offers lunch and dinner, but I did not participate. It also has a bar. There are quite a few restaurants to choose from, they are close by. The hotel is very conveniently close to a bus stop, which also goes to the place where the water taxis to venice depart from. Bicycles are available for rent, which is very convenient, to explore this beautiful peninsula

Typical Italian sound-proofing in the building. You hear much more from staff working and other guests than you care for. In addition, In addition, the entrance of the camping site is right there... And there is not much else to do other than beach... everything else is a car/bike ride. The technical state of the bathroom was "working" - as oppsed to "nice"

A nice setting with a wonderful garden. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast ist phantastic, with evwrything from sweet, thru savory to fruit & fibre. The beach is near (5mkn across the camping site) and for children there is a pool, a mini pol with slides etc. - on the site. The hotel has their own beach area with beds, chairs and umbrellas. The beds are good (a bit hatd for me, but that is just individual preference)

Nowhere to plug phone charger . There is one in the room, but you have to keep the lights on, other way don’t work.

Rooms interior was outdated, needed renovation. The coffee at breakfast was from a machine and and very bad. Fortunately the bar served nice coffees for a decent price.

Breakfast buffet was good. Our rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom cleaning and fresh towels every day. Staff was very nice and the beach area great and clean. Bikes available and lots of tips and information.

No mini fridge was provided in room for keeping water cool and there was a lack of sockets for charging up phones etc. if these small issues were resolved this place would get a 10/10

Was a little bit outdated in places but once moved to second room the room was cleaned well.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Had an initial problem with the room and were moved straight away. Sunbeds and umbrella on the beach were good. Bike hire good price. Breakfast available for €10 if you wanted. Staff were helpful giving information about boats and other transport

I didn't like the many large insect traps that made an electric buzzing noise every 20 seconds when an insect got killed. A Spanish friend that this is completely common in the Mediterraneans, but I have never come across it. I hope it kills only mosquitoes.

Super nice place surrounded by a garden where you can take a quite beer in the evening. Friendly, easygoing staff and very cozy, large seating areas inside and outside. It's a bit dated, with loads of old Murano glass objects hanging at the walls, but I actually prefer that to the characterless globalised design you often find in newer hotels! If I remember well it was a 8 min. walk to the bus stop that within 10 minutes (c. € 2) takes you to the ferry port to catch the vaporetto to Venice. I would come again.

Nearby access to several restaurants and cafes was handy as we were accommodation only. The hotel and camp was very peaceful and relaxing. Kids enjoyed the pool, and the beach is good with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Rooms were substantial. Bike rental onsite. Two beach bars.

The bathroom was awful. The shower was next to the toilet, thats not a problem but the shower screen folded in such a weird way that when using the screen for the shower the toilet was included. Meaning that when showering the toilet would become completely wet. Also meaning that the toilet paper would become wet if you wouldnt remove it from the holder. The bed was quite hard and the fan made lots of noise

Nice swimming pool, and close to the beach, we even got free beds, and an umbrella at the beach provided by the hotel.

Every time I visit Venice, I book this hotel (3th time now). With the ferry (harbour 6 km from the hotel) you get in the centre of Venice in +- 30 minutes. This hotel is very well located in a quit neighbourhood, so ideal to relax.
