Quite tired decor. Bathroom was clean but hazardous with the door unable to close and shower riser broken. Small internal courtyard next to the window in my room was full of rubbish and cleaning materials. Heavy rainfall rattled off this casing a kettle drum noise effect.

Staff very helpful. Quick to get taxis on request. Quite near Termini and central attractions.Nearby good bars and restaurants

We hadn't been told we would be staying in an 'annexe' of the hotel. Once we arrived we had to check in and then walk 10 mins to our room - which on first arrival and in an area we didn't knw was not ideal. When we arrived at our room the key didn't work so had to go bk to reception for another. The room was fairly spacious, with a useful kitchette but no window. There were no clean towels and shower hot water only lasted 4 minutes, then had to wait 15 minutes for water to heat before another shower could be taken.

The location was good. 5 minute walk to collesium. Nice neighbourhood for restaurants etc. Breakfast was nice - fresh croissants, cereals, juice and coffee.

There was no hot water or shower curtain. The beds are fairly standard and very firm. The tv has many channels but only in Italian so no good if you don’t speak the language. No stairs so you have to get the lift. Noisy maintenance works going on that would start early in the morning.

The hotel is in a good location to walk to sightseeing destinations in Rome and is only a 15 min walk from the train station.

The hotel doesn't ensure the minimum standard of cleanliness (when I entered at the first time in the bathroom, the bin was already full..) and some bath towels alredy used. The Breackfast is just cold and sweet.

The position is really strategic to visit Monti - Colosseum and all the center of Rome

The smell in the hallways wasn’t great, the front door was broken on our first day and elevator was broken on the second but hotel staff made arrangements to get them fixed fairly quickly. There seemed to be black mold in the bathroom and dirty stains on the tile floors. There was AC but we had a hard time setting it to our comfort level. We were either too hot or too cold. The breakfast has a fairly small selection compared to other hotels we stayed at.

I liked the hotel staff, they were friendly and helpful. I liked the firm beds. And location was great if wanting to see central Rome.

Air con could not be modified either very cold or very warm nothing in between. The air condition viz noisy. The breakfast was instant coffee and. The orange juice was off, Simone was the only person really helpful and accomodating he Is wonderfcx

I liked a person called Simone he was welcoming with a good sense of humour and very accomodating As for the rest of the staff the cleaners were rude one particular person at reception who was arrogant and also very rude and not accomodating was Manso he was rude and very arrogant.

Mold in the bathroom, everything broken: like electrical sockets, toilet seats, broken tv, tv antena broken, hairdryer broken etc, really bad breakfast variety, paper like doors I could hear people walking and talking behind pretty well.

Buyer beware, the photographs on the website and on Booking.com do not represent the property. Problem after problem and no solution from staff or management. A huge case of over promise and under deliver. Mould, faulty fittings and fixtures, no water, doors not closing, missing curtains, staff not empowered to help sort the issues. Running out of food at breakfast, sort of cutlery and crockery, dirty table cloths… the list of issues goes on and on!

The only likable feature about this property was its location.

Dirty! Broken down! And Outdated! staff not helpful. Had cold showers 2 out of 3 nights, remote on TV broken, requested extra pillows b/c only 1 there, but staff refused. No fridge! No safe! All which were on Booking.com.au’s website. Very angry & disappointed!

The room had no much day light, despite I was only for one night. I had to take a shower with cold water because they had an issue with the hot water.

On arrival, the hotel smelt heavily of damp. Our first room wasn't clean, and the shower head would only hang down. The mounting bar was broken. We tried 3 other rooms before we found one that was half acceptable, one room had a shower that would only allow someone the size of a 12 year old child through the door!. The room we had was very tired with the laminated floor lifting, no door on the shower, the shower head again hung down, if you put the water on hard the head would shoot up spraying water over the ceiling and near the electrical boxes placed there. The shower was coated in limescale. Only one socket worked in the room, making charging phone's etc really hard, the lights only worked on the master switch, so either all (that worked) were on or all off! The tops of the curtains were coated in thick dust and the wall above the bed was also hanging with dust from the Air-conditioning unit. Outside the window was a filthy courtyard. We tried rooms 119, 116, 114, 115 and stayed in 111.

I am being insulted by the receptionist during the night period. The hotel is very bad. There is no warm water for bathing. My daughter took a bath with very cold water. She had a fever. They did not solve the problem of warm water in the bathroom. I, my children and my husband cannot shower for the duration of the stay. ,the breakfast is full of sugar , no egg no cheese and bad coffe also

No hot water both days morning and evening. Staff had to come into room and adjust something. One time in the morning they never came up to turn on hot water. Beds were bad, pillows completely flat. No TV, didn't work, elevator only holds one person.

I booked before reading the reviews, so was a bit scared when arriving! however; I found it to be a clean simple place that is well positioned for exploring Rome. not luxury… but not bad at all!
