    The room was extremely cold!

The staff was very nice, recommended a lot of restaurants. There is a really good one right next to the hotel. The room was clean, and had a great view of the old town.

No egg's and every day the same breakfast.

Great location in the center of an old city. Simple but nice room. Already cool without the airco. Nice breakfast with Italian variety of dolce. Very nice restaurant.

The most negative part of the experience was the breakfast, there was an average selection of low-quality products.

the room was ok and clean, the bathroom spacious with bith a bathtub and a shower.

For the price we paid we received good value and could not expect anything more.

Breakfast had a good selection of croissants, pastries and cakes available. Delicious cappuccinos. Nice quiet room with view of old town up the hill. Safe parking for a reasonable charge.

This was our second visit - we came back because we love everything about it - especially the friendly staff who truly make us feel at home . The location of this hotel in the piazza of this beautiful little town is a hidden gem. The view of old town from our room was breathtaking . We can't wait to return.

possibly a little more comfort in the room - it was a bit like a hostel .

we booked an inexpensive night in a hotel - the hotel facilities were basic but clean and the staff were so warm and polite

The interior is a bit dated, but still completely functional and the price is great for the region. Parking was a bit tricky, despite the hotel parking lot (people taking more than one space, etc.)

The location is really ideal, in the center of the town, with quick access to restaurants and bars.

The bathroom was very clean but not as well-lit or comfortable as many. The water in the shower was extremely hot, and I wasn't able to make it cool enough.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is very good, near the town square and a short walk to points of interest. I was happy to get a comfortable room to accommodate me, my son and daughter-in-law, and their dog.

lack of wi fi internet due to a problem from the operator which could not be fixed until monday so the entire weekend, the internet was down; bathrooms should be renovated

good breakfast, had fruit and several different tarts; nice that the air conditioning was working when we arrived in the room so it was cool; good position between Siena and other towns worth visiting; had a road of 6km connecting Colle val D'Elsa and Poggibonsi which was just for bicycles and running and it was great to run on it

This hotel is a 4 minute walk to the lift which took you up to the old town. There is a large free car park 3 minutes walk from the hotel so parking is not a problem. Car spaces are few under the hotel, so need to book, and there is a lift to the lobby. There was no street noise which is always good. The Breakfast here was very good.

The hotel was in an amazing little historic town by a great plaza filled with amazing food and gelato, this town felt very authentic and was not overly touristy. The hotel itself was fairly basic, the staff were very nice and very accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable but nothing over the top. The washroom was nice and had a decent sized shower.

    nothing :) everything was fine.

Everything. The staff is very very nice and welcoming. The receptionist (Don't know her name) was very welcoming and gave us a city plan and she tried speaking English with us, which was very good. The breakfast was a buffett and a lot for the money, the coffee was also very delicious. The rooms were spacious, and the view up to the historical center was amazing!! Thank you for that room. The bathroom was very nice - with a shower and a bathing tube. Again, very good value for the money. All in all a very very good stay. Absolutely recommend!

The mattress for the first night wasn't good!

For what we paid it was a great place. The staff was extra nice, and its location was between Sienna and Florence. Nice area to travel in and visit wineries. They replaced the mattress as soon as we told them it wasn't comfortable. Very lovely town with surprisingly some night life.
