Great location, walking distance to the town, beach and restaurants. Very clean, good size for two people.

Check in, check out. Our train was late causing disruption for our check in with Beatrice. We are grateful she left the keys for us but keep in mind you need cell service to communicate your arrival as they do not have a reception office.

Roberta and his team were super helpful and flexible. The outdoor area was a blessing, a great place to sit and read a book. The location was sensational with a 3-minute walk to the smaller free beach, which I loved. There are plenty of little restaurants to eat at again, a 3 minute walk away. A very secure place with walking distance to everything and yet quiet in the evening. I loved it so much I was lucky enough to extend by 1 night.

There wasn't anything not to like.

Location was good. Owner was accommodating when I asked if we could leave our bags in the enclosed garden as we arrived a little early. Plenty of room

Really sweet place. Loved the extra snacks and toiletries in the bathroom. Water too. Great stay.

The location is very convenient to the train station and the beach. It is on the ground floor and easily accessible in the new side of town. Old Town is a 10 minute walk. The interior is very new and modern - a great surprise! Lovely little touches and the bathroom is brand new. It’s a great little apartment to rent as you spend most of your time outside enjoying the ambience of Montorosso.

This property is great. It’s clean and completely renovated, with very detailed amenities. These include a toothbrush, shaving set, free snacks, coffee, and a coffee machine. Ms Beatrice was really lovely with us and easy to reach via WhatsApp.

If I really want to be picky, the mattress was a bit soft but not really a big deal.

We loved how clean it was and the amenities provided. The kitchenette was lovely.

The shower door did not seal well so the bathroom floor got very wet.

Good location but as the photos showed the different suite. The suite was clean ,modern and easy to access Monterosso restaurants , Train and walks.

Our suite we were disappointed as ours was smaller and darker than what we thought the pictures showed on booking.com. When I questioned it they just said that’s the one. Even the photos promoting the property as you have posted above mislead what our outer or inner space was and the suite beside us was the one in most primary photos therefore I was expecting that suite based on photos etc. It was clean and fine and as mentioned a good location. It was nice enough but not what we thought we had booked based on photos. But maybe I am wrong but I wanted to advise you. I also didn’t like that the caregiver at this property wanted a photo of our passport vs just to document them when we meet up with them. This was the only property that took a photo while we have been travelling for the last month. I guess I just don’t like a photo of my passport on someone else’s phone. It’s a fine enough property tho.

Location was great! 10 minute walk, basically flat from train station and super convenient to beach and town! The accessibility to the unit was a bit confusing, but we figured it out! Cute, little, private courtyard with table and two chairs which we used both nights!

Beds were just “ok”, pillows not comfortable at all, too thick and stiff! Shower was poor until my son freed up all the calcium build up in the head and then it was much better. Disappointed there was no hair dryer on premise, as I was not traveling with one. Texted the management, but did not get a reply.

The location was excellent a short walk to the beach, all the bars, places to eat and shop. The property was very clean and nice inside. Nice amenities and everything was very functional.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The room was immaculate and gorgeous.

Easy to find Short, flat walk from the train station 15-20 minute walk to old town Comfortable bed and pillows Toothbrushes, cotton balls, hair dryer, big curling iron, coffee, water, slippers Quiet Nice patio Make sure you shut the shutter on the outside of the door all the way. It gets bright in the morning if you don’t.

Shower knob was broken and owners are aware of it. Light on the left side of the bed turned on twice in the middle of the night. We unplugged it Lamp shades need to be replace they are pretty dirty Grout needs a good cleaning too Our train was at 12:55pm the day of checkout. We asked if we could check out later and was told no. I asked if there was a place to stow our bags. Chiara said yes at the train station. 8€ for a big bag. You will have to pay 2€ per person a day cash once you arrive. I only had a 50€ and Chiara didn’t have change so we left it on the table the day we left.

Location And bed Are good.

Bad smell If you enter the room. Room And shower could be cleaner. Empty batteries Which you have to charge by yourself for the aircon. Host doesn’t speak english And translates everything by phone. She started the day before in the Morning already to ask What time we would arrive And asked it again the day before, despite the check in started the next dat at 14:00. We didnt know When we would arrive Because of public transport And didnt like She was rushing us. We had to check in by Key locker So No reason at all to rush us. The next day you had to make an appointment for the payment And She said we had to response When She text Because the owner was 2 hours away And She was responsible. I would expect a different way of service If you pay 160 euro a night.

The location was great, a block or less from the beach and really easy to get to. The room also came equipped with everything we might need, I really appreciated the coffee and tea and little bites plus the bathroom stuff they left :) The room itself was very comfortable and we had a great stay! Chiara received and despite not speaking english she was very friendly and tried her best to make sure we had a great time.

The only thing I'd suggest is that they take a look at the shower as if we both showered one after the other it got a bit clogged and the water wasn't coming down as fast as it normally would. I did appreciate getting the shower shoes they gave us though.
