We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Czech RepublicWe were only missing the electric kettle for heating water for the morning tea, but we were only staying one night so we did not ask for it.
This apartment is a wonderfull place for vacation in Rodi Garganico. We especially loved the terace with flowers around and sea view, and the location in the town near everything. The apartment was luxurious and clean, it even looked freshly painted. There is one bedroom with one doublebed and a single bed, and one extra single bed in the living room, washing machine, dish washer, wifi.

AustraliaWe couldn’t freely enjoyed the outside area because many cameras were constantly recorded everything outside and in the garden. We got no washing powder or dishwasher liquid not even for one wash! The washing machine in an accommodation usually comes with some washing detergent for at least one wash. I also found it too much that they charged us for the two single sheets: 20 Euros! Surely the washing of them costs much less. The place had many photos and messages on the walls about having coffee first….. There was no coffee machine or any coffee provided. No salt or oil either. It would have made our stay much better.
The accommodation is on a beautiful place the most gorgeous view possible. The owner allowed us to change our booking to a bigger place with a washing machine and dishwasher, of course after we paid the price difference. They also provided extra sheets, when we requested.

LithuaniaThe appartment was clean and tidy and had great sea views. On the arrival we were met by the hosts who were friendly. However, we have noticed later in the evening that the apartment, which we booked for 5 people, is missing good sleeping arrangements. We had one double bed, two single beds, and based on the description we should have had some sofa beds, we had only a folding/camping bed. The apartment pictures also showed another room with another double bed, which was very confusing and misleading as in reality the room was boarded and can be rented separately. The hosts were not helpful the first night at all. We have found it very difficult to communicate with them either as they don’t really speak English. Although, the next day the alternative bed was provided and communication were supported by a local speaking our language, the hostess made us feel really bad and not welcomed, she was rude, despite knowing that we do not speak Italian she was keep on yelling something at us rather then speaking via the interpreter, and did not even apologise for inconvenience. It was disappointing that they could not offer us the boarded room although it was available and we were prepared to pay, and just simply referred us to the booking site to sort things out. Furthermore, please note that the apartment, apart from pans, pots, plates, cups and some small glasses, does not contain any basic kitchen items, e.g. coffee machine, wine glasses, salt or pepper, oil or anything else which would be useful (and maybe expected) to make a dinner at home. So if you like cooking, make sure you buy everything. I would also recommend to bring your own shower gel and shampoo, as were provided only couple of single sachets for 5 people for 3 days. On the last day the hostess did not even came, and send her husband to collect the keys. And even though her husband was polite and apologetic, the stay left a sour taste and we would not rent the apartment again.
