We’re truly sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Following your report, our maintenance team promptly checked the bathroom on two separate occasions and confirmed that everything was functioning correctly. As for the water temperature, the mixer tap is designed to deliver both hot and cold water as needed, and one of our team members also visited the room to provide assistance and demonstrate how the controls work, as they can sometimes be a bit unfamiliar at first. Regarding the air conditioning, we’d like to reassure you that the system is brand new (installed less than a year ago) and is designed to regulate the temperature efficiently. It’s possible that the set temperature was reached during the night, causing the system to pause temporarily. In such cases, slightly lowering the temperature setting can help maintain your preferred comfort level. We always strive to offer the best possible experience and are sorry that you encountered any inconvenience.
