We had a triple room booked with a king size bed + sofabed, the room was not big enough so it was not easy having the bags and 3 of us in the room, otherwise it's good.

The location of the hotel is nice near the train station and also a walking distance from the city center. The rooms are clean and with a classical design, the staff is friendly and quick in check-in and out.

No place to put folded clothes, underwear, etc . Just one very small unit no bigger than a bedside table. Toilet paper like cardboard

Nothing, we had a great stay.

Room was lovely and big with a super comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent! All in all a great hotel! About a 15mins walk to the main old town part so bear that in mind on a hot day but still very easy to get to. Would definitely recommend!

One thing that was a bit annoying is that I could hear people in the court yard having drinks with window closed and then the furo being dragged by the staff in the evening

The bathroom on first glance was good and modern. But there bits of tile missing and de doorpost didn’t connect well with the wall. Would be good if the windows could be put in tilting position, so at night you can get some fresh air and wouldn’t have to rely on air conditioning

It was a nice property. Good for a one night or longer stay in Verona. We had a room on the courtyard, so nice and quiet. Good facilities and easy to reach when entering Verona.

The shower was tiny. You can barely move in it. Other than that everything was great.

Lighting in the bathroom dull, but adequate, which makes it difficult to apply make up. Buffet Breakfast very varied, but the cooked items were too cold. No freshly cooked items.

We only booked One-Bedroom King Suite with Sofa Bed and Living Area as this was all that was available for our dates and it was spacious, but expensive. Hotel has mostly good decor and is in good condition. Location works very well too. Room 115 quiet and big. Staff are super friendly. Nice quiet and effective aircon.

The premier room shower was a little too small .

This was our third time at this hotel. The location is very good, close to the Arena and restaurants. If you drive, there is a parking garage near by, easy to get in and out. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help and make your stay unforgettable. The breakfast choices were much improved since two years ago when we were here. We will be back.

We loved the location of Hotel Indigo Verona. It was great to be able to walk into the centre to explore beautiful Verona which is exactly what we wanted. It was also great to have a secure place to park the car so close by. Having a suite worked very well for our family - 2 adults and 2 teenage children. The rooms were clean and the layout worked perfectly. We also loved the delicious breakfast. The range of food available was fantastic and very tasty. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating making our short stay a good one.

No washcloths!

Awesome weekend spent with friends! Quite a bit to see and do; wonderful local vendors selling their wares and several historic sites. We enjoyed the Amorone wine and took a wine tour that was fabulous. The wait staff at Hotel Indigo was fabulous, James and a very nice gentlemen (sorry but can’t remember the name) were extremely friendly and kind!

Great design, great location. We asked to change rooms to meet our needs (husband sleeps on sofa sepparately from me and child) and staff was very helpful to accomodate appropiately rapidly, Great diverse breakfast, all of Verona city center easy to reach, parking was not far away.

Nothing, all was great.

I loved everything about my 3-night stay. 10 min walk from the train station and 10 min walk to the Arena and city center. The hotel itself is lovely. Room was spacious (specially the bathroom, for European standards) and comfortable. Bed was comfy and Wi-fi worked fine. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices! Staff was great as well. Would definitely come back.

a pleasant hotel - exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff, small but clean rooms. we enjoyed the pleasant hotel, very well positioned - close to the train station and 10 minutes from the center. It's not exactly up to the highest standards, but I think it's one of the first hotels where we can say that the pictures look worse than they are in reality...
