You HAVE to rent sun beds/umbrellas from one of the beach clubs (25 euro per day min) if you want to use the beach, so when factored into the overall cost it becomes relatively expensive to stay here if you use the beach more than the pool.

Clean, comfortable, good location, good breakfast (rare for Italy), parking, and a decent sized swimming pool.

It is between the more active and lively areas of Forte dei Marmi and Lido de Camaiore, so for anything you want to do (restaurants, shopping, drinks, etc..) you must drive your car. The rooms are not well acoustically isolated, you can listen at any noise in the room next door or in the corridors.

It is very clean, beds are extremely comfortable, well-maintained, nice park and swimming pool area, just 200 meters from the beach

The breakfast was a little frugal, but still OK. On the other hand, the mattresses feel like you're sleeping on the floor and the pillows are quite flat and hard... Solution to that, I folded a blanket and slipped it under the sheet. Slept like a baby.

To get to the hotel from the airport without a car or taking a cab (approx 90 euros) then you need to take a shuttle from the airport to Pisa Central station, the a train to Pietrasanta station and then a cab to the hotel (10mins/20 euros). Slightly annoying journey although not the fault of the hotel of course!

Good breakfast, friendly staff, extremely clean everywhere in the hotel, very comfortable room, very calm and relaxing atmosphere, right opposite to the beach with many different beach bars, nearby to restaurants and a beautiful park.

The bartender was very slow, the cocktails were poor. Otherwise a nice hotel and a great stay.

The location just accross the road from the beach. The swimming pool in the garden. Got an upgrate (paid the extra) but was super, ca. 50 m2 terrace wit 2 bed rooms. Breakfest was good eventhough a little crowded with Germans (not much smiling ;-) in the morning.

There is a sound problem in the building. Any drunk returning late could be heard in the corridors in the early hours of day. Same ofcourse for afternoon naps. Impossible.

Small rooms, but bathroom was big.

We asked for a sea view room on an upper floor. We were on the 2nd floor (0 + 1) and could barely see the sea. Hotel says it has a private beach, but does not. Just arrangements with private beaches.

Dining room staff was friendly and efficient. Good parking and location. Good facilities, bar, pool. Nice balcony.

no one was there when we arrived ... for ages. the place was deserted. But eventually we checked in and the room was great. Breakfast was a bit basic ... could have been better and more varied.

nice hotel, nice decoration, liked the marble ... spacious, free parking, close to the beach, balcony

Rooms are the weak part of the hotel. Peeked into some rooms. On the third floor (where we stayed) rooms are sold as "superior" room but they are so small that they would not qualify even as a "standard room" in most four star hotels. You literally have to dive in to get around the bed, cheap furniture, tv set is outdated, no English channel, etc. Also, bathrooms are not four star hotel qiality, eg rundown sliding door on bathroom, no body lotion at a seaside hotel (?!), etc

Very nice hotel, right on the beach, pine trees on the back side. Charming place, wonderful staff, nicely decorated public areas. Nice pool under pine trees, nice garden, nice restaurant.

Don't get taxis as they cost a fortune. .. take a bus or walk instead. Take insect repellent for the evenings.

The location is perfect... just a walk across the road to the beach. Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good, long beach. You have to hire beach chairs but it was worth it. Easy to walk everywhere.hotel facilities basic but perfect for a family beach trip. Excellent wifi. All enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor table tennis.

No atmosphere in the communal areas. Bar area uninviting. Although the Wi-Fi worked it was a nuisance to keep re-connecting.

    Excellent well maintained swimming pool.
